I stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. This hotel is well managed. The concierge staff is excellent. When I had two emergencies, the staff at the hotel took care of me promptly. The location is good also. In the middle of things, easy to walk the area, safe, lots of dinning opportunities. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Bangkok again.

The hotel staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. From the concierge team: Perm, Potae & Tae, to the F&B team, lead by Executive Chef Tor, they were always engaging and attentive. The breakfast spread was always presentable and appetizing. The location of the hotel: a 10-min walk in either direction on Sukhumvit Road takes you to the BTS or Metro. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool was underwhelmed. Plenty of affordable massage choices. Not many F&B choices around the area. The first impression of the lobby is good. The hotel is well-lit and the deco is not pretentious. Overall I will stay at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 again because of the staff, room and breakfast.

I stayed here during Songkran and it was wonderful. The staff are helpful and very friendly. I had an unexpected situation upon arrival and the duty manager named Friend is so helpful and even gave me complimentary fruits and free breakfast. I had a great time here and surely will come back soon.
