Due to unfixed schedule, I couldn’t proceed advance booking for breakfast services within my 5 days stay. One day when I walk-in for services, complicated pricing screwed up my mood very much. For instance, regular price, member price, voucher price but only paid in cash and 24 hours in advance booking …….. and you have to go to front desk and pay, not in the restaurant. Anyway, I spent lots of efforts to understand

Abit of a hit and miss.
Good - breakfast was good, newish hotel, kids club, rooms were big. Friendly staff for the ones who were very fluent in english. Location was great
Bad - renovation work in the block we were staying, heavy digging sound of floor tiles. No mention of this on website and when we checked in
Check in staff informed us our dinner voucher includes kids but when we got to the restaurant we were told otherwise. Alot of back and forth wasted explaining to restaurant staff over the course of our stay.
You will be informed there is 40min dinner time for dinning option when you enter the restaurant so a total turnoff the moment you enter the door for a Sheraton brand hotel.
