Everything is marvelous except that the room card stops working twice. Great hospitality and service.

Resort is a bit away from town ie Kamala or Patong Beaches. Resort has its own beach but very very small, did not see any hotel guests using it.

The swimming pool in the hotel is the largest I have seen in Phuket. Clean swimming pool with cleaners to do cleaning every day morning. Definitely I will come back again

Experience was fantastic The staff was very attentive and always eager to make our stay one we will remember Our room was very luxurious and the private outdoor space was great All the grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean and enjoyable The carts to get from the bottom of the resort to the top were very much appreciated I enjoy a challenge hike but The carts are a calf saver We will be back again and add a few more days next time The club happy hour was fantastic Thanks for the memories Hyatt Regency Phuket !!!!!

I have been stayed in this hotel for 4 days celebrating my birthday. It absolutely gave me a great time here! The hotel condition is a bit old but still very comfortable. The shuttle service to Kamala center is well arranged, and there is plenty in-house activities. I have participated in the shore walk, the staff Marat is knowledgeable in the sea creatures and

The service here was absolutely amazing! This hotel is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at, and the hospitality blew me away. A huge shoutout to Zai—she went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special. Her care and attention made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough for making this trip unforgettable!

Amazing staff and amazing resort

The lower area (pool, breakfast restaurant, kids club) is very nice. The room was OK.

The stay was good and some of the team were excellent . One day my baby daughter was sick and we received couple of courtesy calls and follow ups . A huge thank you and highly appreciated. Few points to highlight: - We checked in first in a room which had a fungus odor , we requested a change which was done immediately to a better room. -Room cleanliness needs attention, alot of hidden dirty spots as well the daily cleaning is not perfect . -Breakfast items such as Tabouleh , Humus needs to be prepared as per the normal standard , taste is bad, please don't mix things. Breakfast variety needs to be improved, it is not comparable to other 5 star hotels. -At the pool , we had ordered bucket of beer which contains 5 bottles and they brought them all open !! when complained to the waiter he stated that this is how we serve them , he took the bucket back and never returned. Overall it was enjoyable
