很好的飯店，乾淨、親切，地點很好（iconsiam的旁邊），唯一缺點是冷氣空調有異味（霉味）。

hotel in a good level but I would like to highlight the river front breakfast which is absolutely delicious

很棒的住宿體驗，因原來訂的房間是比較細，3人入住的話會有點迫，因此職員建議我們可升等，便宜又舒服，還可以看到河景，超舒服，可是替換牙刷和梳子那些，在隔天也沒有補充給我們，要自行打電話到前台跟他們要，所以大家可能要注意這點

坐船出入比較方便，酒店整體一流，早餐食物豐富，環境舒適，泳池河景非常靚，員工有禮貌，親切接待

住宿和餐飲都好

距離Iconsiam非常近,不管是逛街或是吃飯,搭船或是坐捷運,都非常方便,下一次還是會選這裡入住

我們入住902號房，一切都好，就是牀太軟，住了四個晚上，背部痛了幾天，房間用的飲用水牌子久遠了，味道有點怪！

Very nice place to watch the fireworks in the room, but it is really costly.

有點舊了，不過在iconsiam旁邊很方便

We traveled with a toddler and love that it's very near to ICONSIAM which is a huge shopping mall with variety of shops and activities. Also love that they provide a free boat ride that can bring you to the train station so it's very convenient. But unfortunately the hotel itself is average in cleanliness and service. Swimming pool floor is mouldy and the staff rarely smile let alone greet you.

The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)
