The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)

I have been traveling for over 40 years!!! This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! The staff made it for me! But it is by far the best Hilton I have ever stayed period!!!! Service service service!!! Plus it beautiful and very clean! So clean I was looking for dust cause I did not think such a large hotel could be so clean! Everything was spectacular!!! My only grip was the bedding was too thick to regulate the temperature. I know 1st world problems! lol I will be back very soon!!!

We traveled with a toddler and love that it's very near to ICONSIAM which is a huge shopping mall with variety of shops and activities. Also love that they provide a free boat ride that can bring you to the train station so it's very convenient. But unfortunately the hotel itself is average in cleanliness and service. Swimming pool floor is mouldy and the staff rarely smile let alone greet you.

Last night the buffet was about to close so I went to eat at the restaurant next door with the darts and ordered grilled shrimp, but the shrimp were soft and had a strange taste, like they were rotten. I was disappointed with the terrible food at the hotel.

This property was amazing! The breakfast and service was unrivalled. We had an incident whilst here with my 6 year old son, leaving the room in the middle of the night to probably use the toilet within the hotel room.

Best location in Bangkok I think. Always stay here when in Bangkok. Great location at the riverside with a beautiful terrace outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a fantastic swimming pool on th 4rd floor overseeing the river! And the kindness and helpfulness of the staff... No reason for me to try other hotels!!

A definite highlight is the fitness room, which is very modern and newly equipped. The hotel also benefits from a lovely location on the Chao Phraya River, with a convenient boat shuttle service to the other side.

とっても綺麗で高級感があって、素敵なホテルでした、スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔で親切でした。 部屋はリバービューでとても景色の良く、部屋も清潔でお風呂も広くて快適でした。 朝食も種類豊富で、外で川沿いの景色を眺めながらの食事も良かったです！風通しがよく、暑くなく、ゆったりご飯が食べれました。 歩いてすぐの所にアイコンサイアムがあって、食事も買い物も便利、セブンイレブンも中にありました。駅も繋がっています。マッサージ店もたくさんあって旅の疲れを癒せました。 バンコクに行く時はまた利用しようと思います！！
