Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa

Everything is fantastic, I just don't know why my room keeps wet if the air conditioning is higher than 20 degree. BTW . this is the second time we live in here, last time was ten years ago of our honeymoon.

Beautiful stay

El hotel es pequeño, pero está muy lindo, la alberca es de buen tamaño y tiene área para niños, el desayuno es buffet y está muy completo, la playa y mercado nocturno para comer están muy cerca, además que hay mucho lugares para pasar la tarde

Staff were amazing and so friendly, could not do enough for my family. Facilites and kids activities were great. Easy transport to town and beach as the hotel is on a big hill. I cannot wait to come back again with the family. Recommend the all inclusive option as well.

Great hotel with amazing customer service ! Best point for me was the way our room used to be cleaned … perfectly !! Location very good … close to the Beach and to night life … weak point was that breakfast is various but not tasty … so after 2-3 days we are losing that envy to get breakfast at hotel … so my advice is that for such standard Novotel should definitely improve the quality of its food products !! Even for dinner .. we had an issue with some dishes that was really not eatable….

The customer service was top notch. I had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. The staff tended to us speedily, made sure we were comfortable and were very courteous. The standout staff member was May. She was amazing and my daughter loved her. We would stay at this resort again. The location was great, the food was DELICIOUS and the environment was peaceful.

Stayed here for 4 nights with two teens two adults. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is good. Pool is big and beach is walkable or can hop on the hotel van service that runs every 30 mins. Laundry service, convenient store, night market, restaurants is down the hill. We would stay here again. The steep hills would be hard for those with walking problem.

Great hotel in particular for families

The beds are very comfortable. Both swimming pools are great fun for the kids. One hour free kids indoor playground a day was a great thing to have. Breakfast was very good. Options changed slightly each day. Staff were helpful. Tour desk was a lot more expensive than shops outside. Id recommend going down the bottom of the hill. There is a small tour shop just at the bottom there which sorted us out really good prices and was very helpful. Only con is the hill to get back to the hotel but there is a shuttle bus every 30 mins if you time it right. Beach and restuarants and bars are all easily walkable from hotel. We fully enjoyed our stay

Melhor café da manhã da viagem. Pra tirar 10 com louvor, só incluir maçã. Funcionários muito simpáticos, solícitos e eficientes. Destaque especial para Mia da recepção, do turno da noite. Fomos recebidos por ela que nos levou para conhecer o quarto, pois a maneira de se chegar a este não era tão simples, e nos deu todas as informações para otimizar sua utilização, além de todos os outros serviços como transfer, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was fantastic. We really enjoyed the meals and drinks too. Would highly recommend!
