Building looks new renovated, feels good and whole area kept clean. Front desk staff are warm and willing to help. Have a small swimming pool on the roof with restaurant. Compared with the neighborhood, the breakfast is acceptable. Nice hotel if you need to stay one night before departure next morning!

很近機場有免費接送，司機很準時。因為夜機所以想住在機場附近，只求清潔便可。房間衛生很好裝修挺新，但非常大的殺蟲水味，開了一晚窗也有，感覺自己吸了一晚殺蟲水。

Nice hotel decoration, but not happy about airport pick up service as I did not see driver waiting me and I need to call hotel to ask. And I’ve been waiting the driver at airport for nearly 30 min.

This is a relatively new hotel with spacious room, new facilities and very friendly staff. The roof top restaurant was well decorated with nice view and good food. we enjoyed the time there, despite a short one.

設備は古めですが、清掃はされていて、部屋も広めでした。水、ティーパック、インスタントコーヒーもあり一通り備えられています。 空港からも近く送迎もしてくれてます。 とてもコスパがいいと思いました。

All was good, the only thing is that bed was not confortable at all

Good breakfast and comfortable spacious room with effective AC. For the price paid I thought this was good value in Phuket, 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to the beautiful beach.

Pool area was nice with a good restaurant. Rooms were a good size with fab aircon. The masaage place attached to the hotel was very affordable and the best massage we had in thailand. The family room was a mattress on a mezzanine level. Definitely not suitable for anyone under 12. Free shuttle to the beach and airport, but no where to walk to of an evening other than a 7/11 about 2 monutes away

It’s right by the airport so it’s busy and you really don’t need a ride if you got 2 feet… literally right across the street! Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht

We checked in and checked out the same day. My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning units, only to go back to the front desk and be told that the single key card had to go into the wall in order for there to be electricity in the room and it had to remain there if you wanted continuous electricity. We weren't told this at check-in. The accommodations weren't what they were implied to be and we were disappointed so we checked out and found other lodging.
