The hotel staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's bicycle facilities were also excellent, as we were allowed to use them. Location very near to Phuket airport, and they have free airport transfer. Free shuttle to Nai Yang beach and strategic location near a coffee shop, 7-Eleven, food market, and beach. The room is big and very clean. The rooftop swimming pool and the restaurant are very good. Hotel staff very helpful. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. All services were good. Thank you Panphuree residence.

It’s right by the airport so it’s busy and you really don’t need a ride if you got 2 feet… literally right across the street! Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht

Good breakfast and comfortable spacious room with effective AC. For the price paid I thought this was good value in Phuket, 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to the beautiful beach.

Pool area was nice with a good restaurant. Rooms were a good size with fab aircon. The masaage place attached to the hotel was very affordable and the best massage we had in thailand. The family room was a mattress on a mezzanine level. Definitely not suitable for anyone under 12. Free shuttle to the beach and airport, but no where to walk to of an evening other than a 7/11 about 2 monutes away

We checked in and checked out the same day. My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning units, only to go back to the front desk and be told that the single key card had to go into the wall in order for there to be electricity in the room and it had to remain there if you wanted continuous electricity. We weren't told this at check-in. The accommodations weren't what they were implied to be and we were disappointed so we checked out and found other lodging.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. Room could’ve a litter bit bigger… hence the 4 star rating. Location is great - close to the airport and the evening market and restaurants. Cute and quiet boutique.

Very close to everything. You spend time with the locals. Nayong Beach is a 20-min walk. Beautiful beach. Rooms are very clean. Customer service is excellent. Pool is amazing specially evening swims looking at city lights and mountains. Very attentive to your needs. I would come back here again!

Not as luxurious as presented in the photos. It’s very close to airport which is great, but it’s far from ALL attractions. So you’re constantly sitting in an hour car right everytime you want to visit anywhere.

Staff helpful at check-in. We mistakenly reserved for the wrong day, but they accommodated us without any hassle when we arrived (one day earlier that we incorrectly reserved). Hotel clean, rooms quiet, and they provided beach towels upon request. My wife requires her small medicine ice pack to be re-frozen overnight. The staff claimed they did not have a freezer on the premises, but this did not seem credible to us and made no effort to assist. We stay at hotels 30+ nights / year and have never had this issue arise before. Fortunately, Bangkok Airways was able to assist.

It's great for what we needed which was a landing spot after our long flights and come to the airport for our next flight to Samui. just your basic little room, we didn't see much to do there so we took a taxi to more popular areas but on our first night we did walk a little and there are restaurants and 7/11 if you need to food

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back was efficient and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the driver Sarn and receptionist Jo, who not only arranged the inhaler workshop at the Coral Cove Spa but also prepared a plate of fruit especially for my wife's birthday. However, some of the features on the website which encouraged my wife and I to book our stay for her birthday were no longer available, such as live music at the Papa Coco Club and serving breakfast on a floating tray in the swimming pool. There were also no special arrangements offered for my wife's birthday other than the plate of fruit prepared by Jo the day after. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable and peaceful.
