Most amazing experience!! Great attention from staff, overall great experience!

This is a beautiful property that could maybe use a bit more upkeep. A/C in our room was questionable and the furniture was a little run down. The beach was stunning but it is out of the way of the main district. While you can hike about 30 minutes to town or take a long boat, neither are super convenient late at night. The Long Boats can't always pull up to the hotel area either, we had to do a very sketchy hike over a steep hill from another beach with our suitcases when we arrived. Thankfully the staff carried our bags but it was definitely unexpected. Food at the restaurant is passable but not the best.

great view and beach was incredible. hotel location was a bit remote, need to take long boat or a 20 min walk. hotel offers free ride on check in/out days. as for room, we had 2 large beds facing water, some issues we faced - wifi weak and maxed on # of people, and toilet flush was not good. staff super friendly. hotel breakfast was ok.

I was disappointed by my stay. I did visit during the off-season (June), so maybe the property is better maintained during peak season. However, the furniture in my room was in poor condition, there were always ants in my room, the bed was uncomfortable, and there wasn’t any hot water. It definitely doesn’t feel like a “resort” at all — more like a motel. Whoever photographed Paradise Resort should get a raise, however, because the photos look far, far better than reality — I even walked right by when I was first arriving because it looked so different from the photos and there was no signage. The “spa” is a collection of day beds with thin curtains and is not luxurious at all. In general, I’d advise against staying at any Long Beach hotel during the off-season — there isn’t anything to do and it’s inconvenient to get to the main area of Phi Phi. If the weather is bad, sometimes the boats aren’t even running, and the 45-minute “walk” to the main area is really more of a hike and is confusing and strenuous, especially with luggage. I was very close to changing hotels, even without a refund, because I’d really wanted a “resort” experience. I’d stay elsewhere!

For a relaxing time away of everything. The taxi boat is fun. There is a good restaurant at the hotel. Staff was great.

An absolutely beautiful area just like paradise. Breakfast was good staff for friendly and our room had a view I could wake up to every day

Paradise by name and paradise by nature! Absolutely stunning setting on beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. We were picked up at the pier after exiting the ferry from Koh Lanta and delivered to the resort by long boat free of charge. We had booked the basic bungalow which was completely functional with air con, a decent bathroom, awesome little veranda to hang out on. Coffee and tea supplied and free buffet breakfast included in our deal. Breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in our 3 weeks of travelling. Gorgeous cats everywhere. Snorkeling gear available for hire (100 baht for the day) Restaurant with plenty of selection and ok prices considering the location. Loved it so much we extended our stay and upgraded to the superior rooms. Amazeballs! Massage onsite for about 400 - 500 baht an hour- my best one yet… not too firm 😉

Schönes Resort am Long Beach - wahrscheinlich das Beste am Long Beach, geräumige Bungalows direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Bungalow-Tür beginnt der Strand. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch - Blick auf Ko Phi Phi Ley. Preis passt und das Frühstück ist auch recht umfangreich für thai Verhältnisse. Leider trotz sehr internationalen Gästen kaum bzw. Schlechte englisch Kenntnisse. Gerade beim Bedienungspersonal.

Stunning location, absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself is a little worn around the edges but the location makes it worth it. Shower in room not the best form power and heat adjustment. Breakfast included which was decent. Please note that with luggage you have to take a boat from the town to the beach and walk across the sand with cases. This added to the adventure for us, but for some may be difficult especially in the heat. Don’t need long here as not loads to do unless you are happy to sit on a beautiful beach and read for a few days, then you couldn’t really do better than this.

A chegada no hotel é horrível, você desce na ilha e não sabe para onde ir, não há funcionários que te ajudam com as malas e você fica perdido. A estrutura do hotel não é boa, falta muita manutenção, quartos embolorados, móveis velhos, jardins abandonados, tem muita coisa que poderia ser melhorada imediatamente, a começar pela organização e limpeza, mas os funcionários não colaboram e o hotel parece abandonado. Falta gerenciamento. Também não tem estrutura nenhuma do hotel para o hospede usufruir da praia com conforto, tomar banho de sol, o hotel não disponibiliza cadeiras e nem guarda-sol, disponibiliza apenas um pedaço de tecido para você estender na areia. o melhor do hotel é o restaurante, comida gostosa e atendimento simpático. O café da manhã é fraco e todo dia a mesma coisa. A beleza natural da praia acabou valendo a pena ficar nesse hotel.

A equipe foi atenciosa, o quarto 705 é confortável com boas camas mas a iluminação deixa a desejar e o WiFi nãofuncionou 100%. A recepção fecha ás 21h e o restaurante às 22h após esse horário não haverá mais funcionários no hote. O restaurante é bom e serve comidas bem variadas e bem.preparadas. Acordar vendo a praia maravilhosa , com o pé na areia nos encantou.
