처음부터 끝까지 해변과 바다로 만족합니다. 시설과 청결은 한국 모텔정도이고 조식도 먹을만 합니다. 앞에 뷰와 바다로 모든것이 용서됩니다

Location, quality of service, and even foods at the restaurant were all perfect for family trip. However, structure of building is very weak againt noise when somebody in next room makes noise after drinking at late evening. Problem is the reception close around 10 pm I had to complain next day but same thing was happened again on that day. Staff of the resort can only say sorry. I really suggest the resort to make a strict regulation for such uneducated and unmannered guests to be discharged in cases of having several.complaints from other guests. Everyone pays same cost and spend valuable time for own holiday and nobody has any right to ruin it for any reason.

숙소를 알아보면서 사진과 후기를 보고 결정하기가 매우 힘들었어요. 고민끝에 결정했는데 숙소 컨디션은 최상은 아니지만 리조트 전용 비치가 있는 것으로 충분히 커버가 되는것 같더군요. 다만 부두로 이동하는데 롱테일보트를 타야되서 교통비가 나가기는 하지만 라일레이처럼 인원이 채워지기를 기다리지 않아도 됩니다. 하루 정도는 항구에서 쇼핑겸 골목 구석구석을 돌아보는것도 소소한 재미가 있었습니다. 개인적으로 저희처럼 항구쪽 해변이 있는 숙소를 추천합니다. 반대쪽은 해변 컨디션이 좋지 않고 사람들도 많아요. 항구 근처 숙소에 비해 약간 비싸기는 하지만 충분히 값어치는 하는것 같네요. 라일레이로 이동하고서 엄청 후회했어요. 더 있을걸 하고요.

C’était bien, très belle vue, mais il manque beaucoup de choses à cet hôtel. Pas de pantoufles de chambre, on marchait pieds nu sur le sol qui était souvent mal nettoyé et encore plein de sable. Pas de transats sur la plage. Pas de nourriture halal, choix restreint.

Great staff and location.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The beach is superb. However, this is let down by several issues. This property really needs a renovation: the bungalows are old and several issues need addressing such as rusting shower, broken curtain rail, rusted sliding doors, etc). The breakfast is below average (limited variety of fruit, breads etc). The restaurant is also below average- we went to other nearby restaurants. The fact that this is located on an island might be a mitigating factor - but I think this is not enough.

Location is excellent, team is a bit confused but nice, however the condition of the room terrible. Rust on all metal in bathroom, mould, a 1,5m open crack in bathroom tiles. Wrapped drinking glass with large stains on it, bad smell from sink. This would not have been an issue at a correct price level, where you know what you will get, but when paying 4 star price in a not central location it is very bad. Brought this up to reception first evening, they did not have a solution, no offer to move room etc. We said we would follow up next day. Heard nothing. Same day after. Mentioned on check out, and got a response that “what would you like me to do?”. No action, no fix, no assistance. First day, ok condition blue resort towels in room, from second day miscolored turquoise towels with damages all around replaced the blue ones. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is the amazing beach next to the resort and the team is sweet, however a complete lack of management holds their delivery back and made for a really disappointing stay.

Extremt hårda sängar. Väldigt lyhört. Mycket mögel både i badrum och resten av stugan. Extremt otrevlig personal både mot oss och andra gäster. Dåligt frukost utbud. Middagen var inte bra tillagad. De glömde vissa rätter och skyllde på gästerna. Transfer taxi gick bara 3 gånger om dagen och passade inte in bra med frukost dagen man skulle checka ut.

Bien placé au bord de mer mais hôtel moyen avec bungalow de bas standing.Resto au bord de mer et pour se déplacer ,faut prendre des barques à moteur 300 bath pour bouger de l’hôtel.

I’m honestly disappointed to be making this complaint, but the overall experience here has been quite poor. Considering how remote the location is, this place could be wonderful if it were charming, cozy, and well-structured — but unfortunately that’s not what I found. The property doesn’t offer much to do, which would be completely fine if the atmosphere were inviting enough for guests to simply enjoy staying at the hotel itself. I was expecting a relaxing vibe, comfort, and a pleasant environment, even without many activities around. However, the place feels far from that. To be fair, the beach is beautiful, and the cafe right in front is amazing. But overall, the hotel needs better structure, organization, and improvements to truly be considered a resort. With some work, it has the potential to be much better.

Lovely hotel on the stunning long-beach. The water-taxi team for the hotel are awesome and can’t do enough to help and the reception team were efficient. Rooms are large but basic, aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast is a small buffet style which was nice but very limited in selection (Not that it mattered too much as the Thai pancakes are amazing) Like most things on Phi Phi it’s pretty expensive for what it is.

This is a beautiful property that could maybe use a bit more upkeep. A/C in our room was questionable and the furniture was a little run down. The beach was stunning but it is out of the way of the main district. While you can hike about 30 minutes to town or take a long boat, neither are super convenient late at night. The Long Boats can't always pull up to the hotel area either, we had to do a very sketchy hike over a steep hill from another beach with our suitcases when we arrived. Thankfully the staff carried our bags but it was definitely unexpected. Food at the restaurant is passable but not the best.
