十分推薦！現實入住比想像中更好 Pool access房型，很有privacy，很美很簡約的泳，仲有望海景 房內都很新，設計算時尚，洗手間空間大，清潔很足，唯獨沖涼沒有熱水 只是常溫 員工服務態度都很好 很nice 很積極 快速處理問題👍👍👍 十分推薦！

房間夠大及極潔，室外泳池也很好。 只是出市區的車太疏，如果每小時都有就更好。如果可以遲一點check out 就好。

我住按摩浴缸房M312！所有都很好，只是大浴缸熱水不足，只可浸凍水！廚房有爐，但沒有鍋！洒店環境整體可以！但餐廳食物相當差！員工冇笑容！ Shuttle Bus 太小！由洒店行出去big C都好放便！

泳池很好，清潔房間服務可以再加以改善，有時冇更換毛巾沖涼液。位置在山，出入需要送駁車，比較浪費時間和麻煩

車輛安排很差,不能接受

shuttle bus往來房間班次不穩定, 往往要等十多分鐘, shuttle bus來往沙灘嚴重稀疏, 2小時才有一班, 而且車輛很擠迫,又滿坐 房間內水果腐爛

感覺挺乾淨的 自助早餐也多選擇但味道一般，拿了碗船面是冷的沒有吃 房間較簡潔沒有什麼裝修 房間與大堂出入需要接駁車來往有點不便 此酒店十分受中國內地遊客歡迎，十個有九個都是說普通話的遊客

舒適寧靜的酒店，員工服務專業，友善，有耐性，毎天房間清潔都做得很好，毎一幢樓都有自己的游泳池，私癮度高。

好舒服既住宿，又乾淨，每天清洗泳池可以好放心游泳！下次會再入住

機場到酒店唔算太方便，要自己搵車。 每日指定時間有幾班車來往芭東，唔太方便。租電單車比較好，有提供電單車車位。 勝在設施新、景靚。

房間整潔，泳池景美，早餐好吃，步行至巴東市區15分鐘，勝價比高,蜜月之旅房間提升至海景，員工友善有禮 The room is clean, the swimming pool is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, , the staff are nice and polite,High CP, cost- performance ratio with a positive value,walking to patong city for 15 minutes，we’ve got upgrade to sea view room in our honeymoon trip, thks for hotel arrangement

離芭東海灘20分步程，有酒店班車，但很少班次，出入比較麻煩，的士收費貴，環景開掦，每座都有獨立泳池，随時都可游泳而且勉費，酒店房間很大有露台，早餐豐富，味道很好。

I have been Phuket for many times,this is the worst hotel I have stayed in phuket. The hotel is completely different from what I see in the photo,everything in hotel is under construction,it was so noisy and dusty throughout the stay. I was a bit shocked when I arrived the hotel because it was in a bad condition.I booked the pool suite and the first room they arranged to me was like the room in motel then I asked for changing to another room,they finally gave me the room just opposite the construction site.I couldn't use the pool during my stay because there was lack of privacy.As the room was located along the hill,you need to ask for buggy to take you down to the hill,the buggy NEVER be there upon our request.We needed to walk down the steep slope every time!Its unacceptable! Everything is missing in our room e.g.towel,umbrella,water,they provide only we ask for it!I am so disappointed for this stay and wont choose this hotel any longer!!!

酒店很好，但穿梭巴士去市區不足

雖然離巴東有段距離，須要坐300泰銖的士，但酒店環境非常開揚舒服。 我們三人，訂了三晚兩間双人房間，酒店安排了兩間相連房間，很方便，房間亦非常闊落！ 推介給喜歡舒服寧靜境觀開揚，又不介意住遠離市中心一点点的朋友！

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout. The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

Amazing time and amazing staff, Very unlucky for the weather but enjoyed every single bit! Had a lot of fun with AMO amazing and very funny guy! Already been there twice and will be there soon again!
