地點: 方便 寧靜 房間: 比較舊點 但整體可接受 水溫: 沖涼時比較難調教水溫及出水糧比較慢 食物: 不錯 服務: 可以 建議: 房間重新裝修, 處理水溫及水壓問題

good enviroment and very nice beach ＆ swimming pool

After COVID, some staff still not familiar for serving customers. Some easy requests are handled very rigidly. Not capable to handle during heavy workload. The facilities become old which really needs decoration. Easy access to swimming pool is my only reason for selection in this trip.

It’s nice to live near the beach . The pool is wonderful. But the hôtel condition is old

環境不錯，就是房間有點舊，清潔可以有進步空間

The facilities are not managed well to cope with the demand. For examples, breakfast is too crowded. The swimming pool connected with Lanai pool access is full of people, even more than the regular pool.

OK, acceptable.

The room furniture are old, damage & bit dirty. Bed sheet have some dirty mark. Balcony door cant knock tightly cos we can hear wind sound . No hotel directory or phone list to direct guest to reach the need eg ; reception or operator or reception. We look forward to improve the above in the coming future.

每次去Pattaya 都會入住Pullman Nanai 最喜歡超大陽台， 不知道是否疫情之後去， 比之前去殘舊好多， 保養維修不足 洗完澡一地都是水。不過價錢比之前去便宜好多。

perfect hotel, price is good , the private beach is very clean and beautifilul , will come again

適合享受靜嘅人來，但，設施太久

整體酒店設施略為殘舊一點，但尚可接受，最欣賞佢沖涼水壓夠，酒店早餐款式雖小但好食，我住的是泳池房，小朋友及家人玩得好開心，出去便利店及食店也很方便。

我們入住的房間類型是可直達泳池房Lanai Pool Access Room.房間整潔，員工有禮。唯房間光線太暗。

整體環境十分舒服！有人氣但不會密集，服務態度十分好，亦主動幫忙！酒店連接沙灘，很方便！ 唯獨下次再來必要book定spa,因為入住一晚來不及book!下次一定再來這hotel !

It is a relaxing place. The staff always smile and is always ready to serve. Very nice place for tourists.

2nd time stay here with family, Staff are nice and helpful , Even this time we check in at 4 pm but room are still not ready. but they are helpful and kindness try to solve problem with us. The Restaurant and SPA are 100% recommend with very Quality and the price are good too.
