We loved the hotel, pool and beach. Rooms are not sound proof that’s the only disadvantage and if your neighbour is noisy you will get irritated

The proficiency of spoken English by the staff is not great. I lost my room card (yes my fault) but they did little in the way of reassuring me the card had been disabled when the other one continued to work after they said ALL cards were disabled. Breakfast choice is good and this is right on the beach with several shops and amenities nearby. However, the deck chairs are claimed by 7am and staff do nothing to assist with keeping things timely and fair. It really needs renovation, and our room repeatedly smelt like sewage and of damp. In short - we abandoned 2 days earlier and when staff asked why we were leaving early and we told them - they just smiled and said “thats nice” and processed us out stating no refund for unused days. Would recommend pay a little more and find an alternate venue. I don't often leave reviews but felt compelled to do so as they are spoiling the good name of Pullman.

Good service hotel but sadly no Privacy, I can hear a nabor go to toilet. The hotel need good upgrade.

Room is old update. Can hear a noise of nabor. Food is cool and bread is dry. Feel like a shuttle tour

We loved it! The food was amazing and the service was unbeatable!!! We especially loved our friend Mart who worked outside by the pool bar!!!! He was the best! The beach is beautiful, and rooms are super spacious! We will be back!

Everything was super excellent, all staff members were super nice but special thanks to: ANN, LEO and PETER at the restaurant, we were there for 10 days on room 612 and every day they were with a big smile to serve us, God bless them all, we will be back for sure…

The room was fine and all bar and breakfast staff were amazing but the manager behind the desk was quite rude

Friendly staff, good food and great vibe!

Fantastiskt poolområde och trevlig bar samt restaurang vid stranden. Rummen börjar vara gamla men har sköna sängar. Vi hade club rum som absolut var värt extra kostnaden med god mat o dryck på kvällen.

The room was nice with the view. But they need to improve with new towels in the room. All towels were so hard and not soft at all. The facility had too many steps and not very safe.
