Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Ten Ekamai Residences

抵达后，由于超额预订，酒店要求我改住位于Soi Nana的另一家分店。我拒绝了这一要求，因为我选择这家酒店的主要原因就是它离我的活动场地很近（车程仅需6分钟）。 然而，提供的房间却不尽如人意。我们在地毯上发现了食物残渣（薯片），床单上也有明显的污渍。此外，浴室的排气扇在开灯时会发出过大的噪音，令人难以忍受。更糟糕的是，7楼1至5号房间正在进行施工，导致清晨噪音很大，进一步影响了我的入住体验。总而言之，这次入住体验远低于预期。

住宿环境干净，氛围安静，非常适合放松，但位置有点偏僻，在一条小巷里。

我们喜欢这个地方，食物很棒，房间很宽敞，我们一定会再回到这个地方。

靠近 Big C（+- 800 米）。只是走路的话感觉就不是这样了。

Thương hiệu Wyndham, nhưng chất lượng phòng cực kỳ tệ. Phòng tắm mùi khai nước tiểu. Khăn tắm cũ rách. Phòng này như được cho thuê dài hạn, nên chất lượng không được tốt. Hành lang trông khá bẩn

Wrong place from the first time.

Best avoided. The room is run down, the amenities are 2 star standard. Most of the furniture pieces are broken and old. Walls were all dirty. The staff at the breakfast is rude. The location is not at all convenient and too inside. I'm not sure why Ramada has this property in it 's list.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely staff.

Very enjoy stay in here, very homey. Even need more effort to BTS Ekkamai, but near to Big C and Ekkamai Bus Station. But no worry they have shuttle car service. Next time I will back again

There is no napkins, no slippers. The water in the shower not that hot.

It was a great stay! The room is very clean and tidy well. We arrived at the hotel at 11am, just would like to drop our baggage first, then the front office agent said that we can check in earlier in the next 10 mins! What a great hospitality. I wasn't expect that we could get the room earlier. Also they provide one way tuktuk to the nearest Big C, Donki & BTS. This place is 30 mins car ride from the tourist centre (grand palace, pratunam, chatuchack, etc).

Hotelnya sangat nyaman kamarnya besar cocok untuk keluar dan staffnya sangat baik, ramah dan sangat membantu terutama yang staff bagian resepsionis yang cewek orangnya sangat baik, terus kamu rombongan ada 27 orang, pihak hotel menjemput kami dengan menggunakan tuktuk punya hotel, kami datang dengan banyak anak kecil dan ingin menambah extrabed karena extrabednya habis, semua orang di perbolehkan masuk walau tanpa extrabed

Let's just be honest. I can't say anything besides this's one of the best hotel in Bangkok! It's not a big hotel but it's very comfy. The room was very spacious, it has kitchen, living room, and private bed room (just like apartment). The room was so clean and feels just like home. I am so glad that I chose this hotel. The hotel was in the alley so big bus cannot go inside but don't worry because they provide shuttle. I would like to send my gratitude and say thank you to Mrs. Netty for the warmth welcome. Very beautiful lady with a big heart and very helpful! All of the staff was very helpful and very kind. Me and my family were so happy! I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I go back to Bangkok.

Love it. Staffs were very friendly. Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Would come back and stay again. Recommended place to stay in Bangkok! Keep it up! 👏🏻👍🏻. I'd give 5 stars perfecto.
