Upon arrival, I was asked to relocate to a sister property in Soi Nana due to an overbooking. I declined this request as the primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to my event venue (a 6-minute commute). Unfortunately, the room provided was not up to standard. We found food debris (chips) on the carpet and the bed linens were visibly stained. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan creates an excessive, disruptive noise whenever the lights are switched on. My stay was further impacted by ongoing construction in rooms 1 through 5 on the 7th floor, which resulted in significant noise early in the morning. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Wyndham brand, but the room quality is extremely bad. The bathroom smells like urine. The towels are old and torn. This room seems to be rented long term, so the quality is not good. The hallway looks quite dirty.

Best avoided. The room is run down, the amenities are 2 star standard. Most of the furniture pieces are broken and old. Walls were all dirty. The staff at the breakfast is rude. The location is not at all convenient and too inside. I'm not sure why Ramada has this property in it 's list.

Very enjoy stay in here, very homey. Even need more effort to BTS Ekkamai, but near to Big C and Ekkamai Bus Station. But no worry they have shuttle car service. Next time I will back again

It was a great stay! The room is very clean and tidy well. We arrived at the hotel at 11am, just would like to drop our baggage first, then the front office agent said that we can check in earlier in the next 10 mins! What a great hospitality. I wasn't expect that we could get the room earlier. Also they provide one way tuktuk to the nearest Big C, Donki & BTS. This place is 30 mins car ride from the tourist centre (grand palace, pratunam, chatuchack, etc).

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, suitable for going out and the staff are very kind, friendly and very helpful, especially the female reception staff, the people are very nice, and you are a group of 27 people, the hotel picked us up using the hotel's tuktuk, we came with lots of children small and want to add an extra bed because the extra bed is out, everyone is allowed in even without an extra bed

Let's just be honest. I can't say anything besides this's one of the best hotel in Bangkok! It's not a big hotel but it's very comfy. The room was very spacious, it has kitchen, living room, and private bed room (just like apartment). The room was so clean and feels just like home. I am so glad that I chose this hotel. The hotel was in the alley so big bus cannot go inside but don't worry because they provide shuttle. I would like to send my gratitude and say thank you to Mrs. Netty for the warmth welcome. Very beautiful lady with a big heart and very helpful! All of the staff was very helpful and very kind. Me and my family were so happy! I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I go back to Bangkok.
