整體不錯，除了房間有螞蟻。早餐，泳池非常好！泊車方便！

員工服務品質好但主管的態度差，一幅不想處理事情的態度，就是隨便應付的態度。還有規定太嚴苛，我連續住了四個晚上，隔天要去清萊，一個行李寄存一個晚上都不行。

酒店太舊了，很多地方都有破損。

這是一所很不錯的渡假酒店，值得推介

Excellent service, all staff are nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is good. Swimming pool and gym room are good. Buddet breakfast is geood.

酒店執房員工整潔態度要改善，在房內的餐具仍有菜漬都給客人使用。但酒店位置方便，步行去古城都不用15分鐘，酒店週邊都有很多地道美食。

Great service and good staff. Welcome drinks and fruits. Air cond temp is a bit cold

如不介意稍為舊一點。是一個相當好的酒店。所有員工由上至下，極好禮貌。部份識講普通話。一句講曬。好！（唯一美中不足就是BBQ自助晚餐。）

酒店很大，保安嚴密，位置適中，游泳池很好分深淺水區，又有滑水梯及兒童遊樂區，附近很多按摩店，夜市又在附近，可以步行到很多地方。酒店職員十分有禮，細心睇貼，原因我約了車子去看人妖show在大堂等候了一小時仍未來接我們，但大堂職員觀察入微，向我查詢是否要協助，我向他講解後，他便幫忙打電話向旅遊公司查詢，很快便有車來接我們，幸運剛好開始前趕到。在我離開當天因為晚機，又為我們 late check out 至三點，更為我們尋找一輛價廉美麗的SUV往機場。此次入住完全是超值。 會繼續入住超五星級的香格里拉酒店。

酒店位置適中，附近很多按摩店，夜市也很近。 酒店內的Spa很大，服務很好，按摩一流。 泳池也夠大。

A sterilize pool before entering the swimming pool maybe better

其他服務也很滿意，惟獨是check-in時職員說我們的預約已被取消，而當時已是晚上，真的被嚇呆了，十分擔心，後來理論一會兒後，職員又說找到了我們的名字，原來酒店把我的姓氏和名子倒轉了。我認為酒店要先看清楚，不應輕易跟客人說沒有預約，還要在這麼晚的時候，沒有體會我們的感受。

員工有禮貼心

The facilities is a bit old-fashioned. The water pressure for the shower is low so the supply of hot water is not steady. We need to pass the security check every time when we enter the hotel like what we do when enter the the casino, just wonder the purpose of the security check. The seating arrangement of breakfast buffet is poor. We saw many people finding the seats and ask if they would share the table with others with their hands holding the food. I suppose the breakfast buffet is for house guest and we should be escorted by the staff to the table. What we saw was like we are at the fast food shop, people need to find their seats while holding the food. The services and also the food was disappointed.

Since this is a Shangrila I am actually expecting more. Most of their deluxe rooms are with connecting door, which soundproof is very bad. On my first night, kids are banning on the door and baby is crying 7am in the morning, so requested room changed. Needs improvement on the breakfast, there are wide variety of food to accomdate all race, however doesn't taste very local. I prefer more Thai style breakfast which is what they are good at.
