Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The location, the staff, the rooms, the restaurant! Just incredible stay and I’m sad I was only there for four days! I would never hesitate to stay there again or recommend to others! Thank you Skye Beach Hotel!

Nice place

Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. The property is just stunning!! Wake up to your own private pool looking out to the Gulf of Thailand! The space was huge and very clean. Excellent facility!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with cinema and pool. The suite was large with doors that opened onto the swim deck. A kitchen (not that we ever used it). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings. The staff were the most amazing people- always smiling and friendly and went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. We loved that we were on the quiet side of the island but could very easily get to the tourist hot spots. We would definitely staff here if we come back to Koh Samui. A huge thank you to Lee, Bell, Ross and the other staff - you made our holiday memorable.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic value for money with super friendly and helpful staff. The location for us was perfect. A quiet beach with only a 10/15 min drive somewhere busier. The breakfast included at the properties spoons restaurant was great, plenty of choice. Highly recommend this property. The view from our villa and pool was sublime .

Skye Beach Hotel er et must sted. Vi var her nå for tredje gang på tre år. Det har blitt vår første stopp på sommerferien vår i Thailand. Store flotte suiter med sjøutsikt og privat uteplass og privat basseng. I år savnet vi frokost servert på rommet. De har nå åpnet restauranten Spoon litt lenger nede i veien, som frokosten var på. Nydelig mat på Spoon, men ønsker oss tilbake til frokost servert på rommet. Vakkert sted!

The room was absolutely amazing. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Samui. Really new building and very clean. Awesome pool area with amazing sunsets. Staff extremely nice and accommodating.

There’s no separate bedroom. The bed is inside the living room which makes it a studio and not a one bedroom villa.. the beach is not suitable for swimming. You need to get a taxi to drive 20min away to the nicer areas. The room smells of damp.

I booked the two bedroom villa with cinema. The Vila itself was ok but both bedrooms open up to the living room which allows no much privacy. The beach is not great and not suitable for swimming. The swimming pool in our room felt more like a water tanque and we used only once as didn’t feel like a proper swimming pool. Unfortunately we had to get a taxi to go to the nice areas about 20 min drive away.

Very nice Hotel positioned on a small section of beach, which was very quiet and enjoyable with paddle boards available for guests, which were great on the still waters. The villa was extremely comfortable with all amenities and the staff were very helpful, with a special mention to Pang on reception. The hotel also has a cafe - "Spoon" a short walk from the main building. The breakfast was freshly made each morning to order, with very generous servings, followed by a fruit platter. Staff at Spoon were also very good. A couple negatives to mention - we stayed in a 1 bedroom pool suite, which was positioned in the main building on the ground floor of a 3 story building. The sound proofing in the room was not very good and unfortunately we were unlucky enough to have a very rowdy family in a unit directly above us, which resulted in being woken up numerous nights - even at 2am and 3:30am on separate nights. The sound traveled as though they were inside our bathroom. We mentioned to reception and they said they would have security keep an ear out for disturbances but we ended up having to buy ear plugs. The only other minor negative is that the Hotel is located away from main areas, so unless you have transport, it costs between 350 to 400 baht each way to travel anywhere, even 1.2km to some local upmarket restaurants - but you can always walk. Local 7/11 and some local family restaurants are near by, as well as Spoon. Overall we loved our stay at Skye - except noise

This was a lovely hotel, both the property itself and the staff. I unfortunately broke my foot during an earlier part of my time in Thailand. This hotel was very accommodating. The staff was caring and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. We even met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating :) staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks Sky Beach

We were of too a bit of a rough start which is unfortunate at a hotel like this. They corrected the mistake with a complementary pizza and a bottle of bubbles and a handwritten letter from management. Very professionel Pool was beautiful overlooking the Ocean. Nice spacious rooms Breakfast was good, served at their restaurant. Wish we could have more add ons for free in a hotel like this. Coffee was amazing. But you only get one cup unless you pay extra. I really don’t know why I was not blown away by this hotel like Almost everybody Else. Too high expectations maybe because everything was really good. Located in a bit of Remote area. With two Young kids I would probably recomend a hotel closer to the center. Walking distance with a stroller though. Really Nice with a pool just outside the door.

Loved the private pool and the area was quite compared to the busy centres. Breakfast each morning was also nice. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at sky beach hotel and what an experience it was so peaceful and quiet. Relaxing and the hotel would go above and beyond to meet your needs. Clean and such a beautiful room. The photos online didn’t do enough justice this place was heaven.
