Superbe vue depuis la chambre 898! Piscine formidable de belles dimensions. La chambre se présente sous la forme d’un appartement avec 2 grandes chambres vue mer et d’un vaste séjour avec un coin cuisine équipée très pratique pour dîner sur le pouce en allant chercher quelques courses au 7Eleven qui est à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Possibilité de se faire livrer des repas depuis le restaurant de l’hôtel. Personnel très serviable et attentionné. Un séjour particulièrement agréable. Petit déjeuner servi à table sur menu proposant 6 choix différents (continental, américain, thaï, œufs bénédictines, pancakes, chachouka). La plage n’est pas idéale pour la baignade car peu de fond (eau aux chevilles sur plusieurs dizaines de mètres!) et il faut des chaussures de baignade en raison de nombreux cailloux/coraux. Mais on peut pratiquer le paddle mis à disposition par l’hôtel. Peu d’activités autour de l’hôtel le soir mais on accède très facilement à des quartiers animés en 15 minutes de taxi (Bophut ou Chaweng) Du coup l’environnement est calme ce qui est un plus pour les familles qui souhaitent se poser le soir. Quartier très sûr et peu de nuisance sonore malgré la proximité de l’aéroport. On peut facilement bouger depuis l’hôtel en taxi pour rejoindre les belles plages de Chaweng ou Lamai. Nous recommandons fortement le Skye Beach en famille avec des jeunes enfants/ados.

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. Ten Stars, if you’re looking for luxury accommodation near beaches, markets, shopping and so much more this is the place for you. I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat elsewhere.

Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with cinema and pool. The suite was large with doors that opened onto the swim deck. A kitchen (not that we ever used it). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings. The staff were the most amazing people- always smiling and friendly and went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. We loved that we were on the quiet side of the island but could very easily get to the tourist hot spots. We would definitely staff here if we come back to Koh Samui. A huge thank you to Lee, Bell, Ross and the other staff - you made our holiday memorable.

There’s no separate bedroom. The bed is inside the living room which makes it a studio and not a one bedroom villa.. the beach is not suitable for swimming. You need to get a taxi to drive 20min away to the nicer areas. The room smells of damp.

I booked the two bedroom villa with cinema. The Vila itself was ok but both bedrooms open up to the living room which allows no much privacy. The beach is not great and not suitable for swimming. The swimming pool in our room felt more like a water tanque and we used only once as didn’t feel like a proper swimming pool. Unfortunately we had to get a taxi to go to the nice areas about 20 min drive away.

Very nice Hotel positioned on a small section of beach, which was very quiet and enjoyable with paddle boards available for guests, which were great on the still waters. The villa was extremely comfortable with all amenities and the staff were very helpful, with a special mention to Pang on reception. The hotel also has a cafe - "Spoon" a short walk from the main building. The breakfast was freshly made each morning to order, with very generous servings, followed by a fruit platter. Staff at Spoon were also very good. A couple negatives to mention - we stayed in a 1 bedroom pool suite, which was positioned in the main building on the ground floor of a 3 story building. The sound proofing in the room was not very good and unfortunately we were unlucky enough to have a very rowdy family in a unit directly above us, which resulted in being woken up numerous nights - even at 2am and 3:30am on separate nights. The sound traveled as though they were inside our bathroom. We mentioned to reception and they said they would have security keep an ear out for disturbances but we ended up having to buy ear plugs. The only other minor negative is that the Hotel is located away from main areas, so unless you have transport, it costs between 350 to 400 baht each way to travel anywhere, even 1.2km to some local upmarket restaurants - but you can always walk. Local 7/11 and some local family restaurants are near by, as well as Spoon. Overall we loved our stay at Skye - except noise

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. Superbe vue depuis la chambre 898! Piscine formidable de belles dimensions. La chambre se présente sous la forme d’un appartement avec 2 grandes chambres vue mer et d’un vaste séjour avec un coin cuisine équipée très pratique pour dîner sur le pouce en allant chercher quelques courses au 7Eleven qui est à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Possibilité de se faire livrer des repas depuis le restaurant de l’hôtel. Personnel très serviable et attentionné. Un séjour particulièrement agréable. Petit déjeuner servi à table sur menu proposant 6 choix différents (continental, américain, thaï, œufs bénédictines, pancakes, chachouka). La plage n’est pas idéale pour la baignade car peu de fond (eau aux chevilles sur plusieurs dizaines de mètres!) et il faut des chaussures de baignade en raison de nombreux cailloux/coraux. Mais on peut pratiquer le paddle mis à disposition par l’hôtel. Peu d’activités autour de l’hôtel le soir mais on accède très facilement à des quartiers animés en 15 minutes de taxi (Bophut ou Chaweng) Du coup l’environnement est calme ce qui est un plus pour les familles qui souhaitent se poser le soir. Quartier très sûr et peu de nuisance sonore malgré la proximité de l’aéroport. On peut facilement bouger depuis l’hôtel en taxi pour rejoindre les belles plages de Chaweng ou Lamai. Nous recommandons fortement le Skye Beach en famille avec des jeunes enfants/ados.

I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat elsewhere.

Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia.
