Very very nice better than expected

Over all is excellent, but only location is not convenient. We like the parking can park near our stay. Room a surprise me, very clean, bright, and comfortable, but isn’t a smart tv and have no speaker. Breakfast and dinner a very good, lots of dishes for choose, and it’s delicious. Will stay again!!

New resort with beautiful pools

亮点：健身房独栋有3层，设施齐全，24小时开放。 缺点：1、位置：步行外出用餐选择少，有租车则不存在此问题。2、房间隔音效果不太好，底楼感觉尤其明显。3、酒店房间不少，但酒店面积不大，楼栋间距小。貌似，在酒店内散步都没得一条安静的且不用从别人房前经过的道路。4、酒店只有一个餐厅，早餐中规中矩，但午餐、晚餐选择性不大，一旦搞自助餐，就没得选，只能自助。5、无客人休息室，入住等待、退房后等车啥的都只能集中在前台附近的沙发区。 提醒：酒店自带泳池的房间均不建议选择，泳池小且浅，性价比不高，比其他别墅酒店带房间泳池不可同日而语，而价格并不便宜。

Hotel is new, most staff are nice. The light of my room suddenly turn off at night, I called several times and sitting in the room of darkness for an hour without any apology — the next day when I going to check out, the front desk staff refuse my late check out 30 mins request.

酒店很便宜,也很新, 但很多設施還未啟用. 住在1樓的房間完全不隔音, 有人經過露台和房門口也會聽到談話聲, 早上還會有建築和裝修的聲音, 想要睡到自然醒要失望了. 連續2天叫前台拿水, 明明很近,郤要等超過30分鐘才送來. 最大的優點是酒店內的餐廳水準非常高, 價格也不貴, 非常值得一試再試.(推薦牛扒, 龍蝦mac&cheese, 還有芝士粉薯條) 適合自駕人士入住

酒店硬軟設備都十分齊全，員工十分友好，房間內外都十分整潔，酒店設有三個泳池和三層健身中心，適合一直在酒店內度假的人士。唯一不足的是酒店附近十分偏僻，沒有任何商家，，離主街要行十幾分鐘路程並且是郊外小路沒有路燈，酒店備有穿梭巴士到海灘但那裡並沒有食肆，故出行十分不便。但酒店十分適合度假人士及自駕人士。

Great hotel, fabulous gym. Staff were always helpful and very courteous. Bed was very hard and uncomforable. There is absolutely no evening entertainment, not even a games room.

Overall, this hotel made our vacation truly memorable. It combines excellent service, comfortable rooms, great dinning and a relaxing atmosphere in the best possible way.

Food was amazing, staff was very polite and helpful but the bed was horrible and the other guests would allow their children to enter adult only pools with no regards for the signs posted.

Outstanding fitness resort. Was a great reset and will be visiting again 1-2 times each year.

This is my second time back at the property. Service is impeccable. No complains. Food at Stay Green was fantastic, however the morning glory served during breakfast buffet was too salty. Could do a little taste test before serving.

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

A good resort, but not a five-star experience. We had a cockroach in our room that disappeared behind the bed. Despite calling twice, the staff only sent a cleaner who was unable to resolve the issue. When we went to the reception, the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do—even though the resort was nearly empty. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation and certainly not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. That said, we did enjoy the spa, gym, and pools. We stayed for a week, which was enough. Overall, it was a decent stay—but we won’t be returning.

The property improved since my last visit last year. Staff was friebdly and polite.

The entire experience was awesome

Double bedroom suite with pool was amazing for a family of 4
