Good location and boutique style, peaceful and enjoyable. Have bicycle for guests, gym, lovely swimming pool and SUP, etc

The hotel is right under a flight path and next to a club - so every hour a plane goes over and shakes the windows while the music from the club next door doesnt let you sleep. The beach was nonexistent - so small that they couldnt even put any loungers out. We wanted to check out early but the hotel staff refused to refund any payment as we had booked through hotels.com. Shockingly misleading photos and the high ratings for the hotel are obviously fake.

Check in 2 minutes, stuff great, room comfortable, very clean, nice beach, nice pool, close to the airport but not noisy

Felt like home

Everything was excellent! The view from our room overlooking the pool and sea was amazing. The pool is much bigger in person than in the photos, and the room itself was very nice and tidy. Even though the property is on a road with hotels, bars, and restaurants nearby, you can’t hear a thing once inside the room. Some people mention the planes flying overhead, but it’s minimal (about once every 30 minutes) and honestly quite cool to see. Would definitely recommend! The only minor issue (which was rectified) was that the restaurant waiter didn’t know they could facilitate halal meat if told in advance.

Pool access rooms are nice but the loungers are hogged and bagged constantly despite a note asking for consideration. Plunge pool rooms were nice but right next to each other so can hear the noise next door, novely value but didnt really ise.vits a nice spot but the sea isnt the cleanest which is a shame as its on the beachfront

ホテルの方皆さん優しかったです。 道挟んで向かいにセブンイレブンや飲食出来るお店もあり、不自由しなかったです。コインランドリーも目の前にありましたが、自分で洗濯するタイプではなくクリーニングに近い感じでした。 自転車のレンタルもありましたが、道が整備されていないのでなかなか乗るのは難しそうでした。海ではsupが無料で借りられました。 一階の部屋だったせいか、室内に蟻が入って来てしまい、従業員の方が蟻よけの粉を撒いてくれました。erbのクリームが置いてあり、良い香りに癒されました。 朝食がとっても美味しかったです！！！

Bell’hotel ma molto tranquillo, ristorante non eccellente ma personale super gentile e bellissima piscina. Camera molto bella ma un po’ umida. Bellissimo il verde e la possibilità di utilizzare sup. Mare davanti hotel non memorabile ma forse perché brutto tempo. Vicino ad areoporto quindi comodo.

Het was op zich een prima verblijf maar ik zou hier niet nog een keer boeken voor zulke prijzen. Het heeft een lekker zwembad en de nodige winkels in de buurt maar het bed was slecht. Ik heb 5 nachten slecht geslapen en werd wakker met rugpijn omdat je in een kuil ligt. Na dit aangegeven te hebben bij de receptie was de enige oplossing een extra deken op het bed (wat natuurlijk niet werkt). Ook nu achteraf staat het hotel niet open voor een passende oplossing. Voor 4,5 ster en €200 per nacht verwacht ik een betere service en kwaliteit. Ook de vloer van de douche liep steeds vol door een verstopt putje, onvoorziene werkzaamheden bij het zwembad (hele dag boren en volgende dag zwembad tijdelijk gesloten). Voor ons helaas een minder goede ervaring dus.

Hotel was op zich erg mooi alleen heel erg gehorig! We konden de buren horen praten in de kamer. Ook was er mega harde muziek de hele dag van het naastgelegen hotel. Ook was het bed niet echt fijn, je lag in een kuil zeg maar. Het zwembad en de ligging aan zee waren prachtig. Ontbijt was ook top!

Alt i alt bra, men hadde noen mangler. Veldig vond lukt fra sluket på vårt baderom, som også var delvis tett. Ganske sen romvask etter normal standard. Få solsenger med parasoller. Hyggelige mennesker, fin eiendom ved stranden. God frokost.

Beautiful property, great staff and breakfast was delicious!

Reserved twin beds with beach view and they gave us king with restaurant “‘PM a. Told us no choice and as compensation we can get a cot if we don’t want to share a bed (not a couple, just travel friends). Told us we could move to another room next day.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was polite and full of joy. If we come back to Samui this is where we will stay again

They did EVERYTHING beyound well!! We loved it and abandoned another booking in order to return for an extra night. Top of our list in our travels thru out Thailand

Beautiful room with amazing ocean view! We had rain the first two days of our stay but the view was still stunning. A walk on the beach at sunset is a must!
