The Memory at On On Hotel

The hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants. My room was beautifully appointed in a Chinese style and would be perfect for a romantic trip. Gigi and Jenny on reception were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenties were adequate. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel. Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice. Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

The On On hotel has the friendliest staff. Rooms are great. It is a perfect place to discover Phuket Old Town. Absolutely loved the hotel and would come back anytime.

Beautiful, historical hotel and the staff was lovely. Nathan in particular was very friendly and helpful. The Sunday night market is right outside the door. We will return.

Wonderful. Nathan took great care of us. They have great local recommendations. Very walkable. Out of the places we saw in the city this was the best location and best place to stay.

The hotel was excellent, it looked and was different from the normal hotels I’ve stayed in which made it even better. Staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Nathan, NeNe, Philip, Alan, Nan, Mai, Penny, Pia, Tony and Fiw for their friendliness, professionalism and making this experience something to remember for future memories. Very unique hotel with amazing service. I felt like I was staying at a hotel from the 1940s in the best possible way. Very cool area with amazing food all around.

We absolutely loved this property, our problem was with the area surrounding.- we geel the area was overrun w/foreign tourists, and we were not able to emerse ourselves in the local culture enough because of this.

Location is good and the service is also good. Living place is clean and safety, also with traditional Thai plus Chinese styles environment, that is IG able 😜. If you want me to be picky, I would say there was a bit of noise between 22:22 and 00:00

Beautiful hotel, the photos do not even do it justice. It is so pretty that tourists stop by to take photos of the entrance, so pleased we were staying here as otherwise would of jealous of those that were! The staff were beyond helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Really cute little coffee and snack station, complimentary and lovingly presented, just like every detail in the on on. The bed was super comfy and the shower fabulous. The location is amazing for exploring the pretty streets of old Phuket.Thank you On On, wish we could have stayed longer xx

Highly recommend as a place to stay. Beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Beds and furnishings high quality and comfortable.

Elegant and historical.

The hotel was great. Front desk was helpful and nice. Interesting complimentary desserts and tea in the lobby for guests. There hotel restaurant bar makes excellent Negroni cocktails. However, recommendations for trips and ferry that the hotel is contracted with are scams and not worth the frustration.

One if the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The decor, the gramophone music, the super helpful staff....what a gem
