We had a great stay at the On On Hotel. Perfect place if you are in Phuket Old Town for a few days. Staff is very friendly, rooms are good and so is the location and the service. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!

The hotel can preserve a lot of the original stuff. Near the pantry shop The hotel does not have a parking space. Find a roadside park A short walk to see the old town.

Such a cute boutique hotel! Honestly much cuter in person than even in the photos. We were so pleasantly surprised by all aspects of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No laundry or amenities such as pool or gym, but we had such a memorable experience and this is likely my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So centrally located in old town as well, we were able to walk to do almost everything. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely, friendly staff. It’s connected to a cafe, they offer free snacks and tea/coffee, and it’s right on the main strip in Phuket town. Definitely stay on a Sunday to experience the night market!

An architecturally stunning hotel. Gorgeous quaint rooms. Very thin walls however and was very noisey late into the night and early in the morning. Apparently they had a large family staying and thus it was noisey. Well worth a stay however.

The hotel is quite charming and decorated in a way to evoke a sort of colonial nostalgia with an eye towards Instagram. The staff is all very friendly though not particularly slickly trained. The room and bathroom were decorated to charm but furnished, lit and designed in quite an impractical way Location is very central and you can walk anywhere in the Old Town. Perfectly fine for a night or two.

All I can say is WAOW!!! This was our last stop during a 20 day south east Asia trip and I truly wish we stayed here for longer. The charm and beauty of this hotel are above and beyond. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. From the location to the aesthetic - we fell in love. So many thoughtful details and amenities for their guests. This hotel was truly special and felt like we were living in history. Location is fantastic, very walkable and close to all the action, yet serene inside. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and local snacks. Enjoyed sitting in the common areas for some downtime.
The rooms on the ground floor do not have any natural light so next time, I would request a room on a higher floor. But for one night, it was perfect.

Location is excellent.
Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel.
Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice.
Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town.
