房間內冷氣直接吹到臉上, 燈太暗.客廳冷氣故障,很熱,兩個晚上還可以接受.

這裡的空間不算大，但房間很乾淨，飯店也有和其他當地旅行社合作提供一日遊、半日遊等行程，價錢也算可以，是不錯的住宿體驗。

飯店位置距離BTS有點遠，飯店空間與實際照片來的小很多，服務員待客親切，但是離開時，因服務員不在櫃台，造成搭飛機時間有點趕

是地铁nana站，而且下来要走很长的路，非常不方便。上午到达酒店，问能不能入住，回答是加钱就能入住，不然就得等到下午2点。卫生间的淋浴房设计不合理，洗完澡，整个卫生间就像一个小池塘，每天在池塘里上厕所。强烈建议大家选择其他旅店！！！

離BTS有段距離拖行李走路會有點辛苦，飯店附近都有計程車及摩托計程車可多加利用，櫃台人員親切總是面帶笑容打招呼，雙床房沒有窗戶有點可惜，房間內沒有拖鞋但地板還算乾淨，WIFI訊號穩定，熱水器穩定，客房清潔正常，價格來說挺好

飯店的清潔度做的不錯，服務態度也很好，樓下就有7-11，走出去不用五分鐘就有夜市可以逛，可以吃，外面也有不少酒吧可以選擇，到BTS也大約10分鐘左右，就算晚回來，對面也有路邊攤開到快兩點，不用怕會肚子餓

整體來說是不錯的！ 就是房間小了一點點！ 夜班櫃檯人員服務態度好也親切！ 有機會還是會再入住的！

StandardRoom住了5天, 位在在酒吧街深巷內鬧中取靜, 離捷運站步行約7分鐘稍有距離, 環境、設備、清潔度OK, 以CP值來說算不錯。

Reception people are nice, and the place is very convenient. 7-11 next to the hotel, and can walk to NaNa BTS station in 10 mins.

房間有一晚不錯~另一晚不房間很不好

離捷運有點遠，第一晚的房間很好，之後的房間變很差

订了两间房，是标准间，一进门就被吓着了，房间太小，而且不知怎么，一开门有很大的气味，其中一间房洗澡水不热，另外一间房一个晚上断了三次电，喊服务员才解决，但是第二天晚上又是一样，悔的要死，跟国内招待所差不多，当晚要求升级，被告知没有房间，宁愿多加点钱住好点的酒店，

服務好，前台英語能力很OK，飯店也乾淨，每天提供兩瓶玻璃裝的水，飯店樓下就是7-11，唯一缺點是離BTS遠，最近的捷運站是BTS Nana，步行要超過10分鐘。

Not recommend. Bad location. Room without windows and light don't work. Room smells bad. I will not stay there for free. Totally waste money didn't live there. After checking in. Check out right the way couldn't stay there

En bruser med kun koldt vand. Ikke rart. Personalet var meget dygtige

The room and bed were generally clean, however there were details such as dirty rags in the closet which were off putting during our stay.

The only reason anyone should stay this property is the convenience of its location - everything else about UPAR Hotels was horrible to the point where we checked out a night early to go stay on the floor of a friends apartment. For starters, the staff at reception was exceptionally rude, especially the man who works the night shift. During our check in, we were treated with complete annoyance and being asked irrelevant personal questions. Our asks for extra towels and hair dryers were completely ignored during our stay. The property itself was disgusting - the cleaning staff did not clean the bathrooms at all. The showers were disgusting and the rooms had garbage in the corners. The tipping point, however, was the number of rats we saw during out 2 night stay. Due to garbage being left out on the common area floors, we saw many huge rats running around outside our rooms and fighting over garbage that was left by the cleaning staff in the open for many hours of the afternoon. Our friend who stayed on the floor below us said he heard rats running around through the walls and ceiling. To add to the above experiences, the toilet in our bathroom randomly stopped working. After a whole day out, we came back to our hotel to discover the flush was not working and were given no explanations on why and no one sent to fix it. Overall, please do not consider UPAR Hotels for your next stay. There are other hotels in the area for the same price that do not have rats running around.
