苏梅岛 W

W’s airport transfer sent us to a wrong hotel which wasted 45min of our valuable time. Then we both got food poisoning at Nomu restaurant. We ended spent entire vacation in our room. This is a big disappointment as we looked forward to this Wedding Anniversary celebration. W Samui got a lot of work to do regarding the basic stuff like food and beverage and services.

Great view of the beach, great BF selection and nice private pool villa. We had inclusive package of cocktails, spa, and float me up! However, was a bit disappointed with the reception as our hostess Ammie just left us at the hot not air conditioned lobby without giving us a word on how long we have to wait! She wasn’t informative about the hotel activities. We stayed at a jungle view villa:The tub tap water was yellow with sand, which wasn’t cleaned the next day! This is not acceptable for five star W resorts! This not our first W stay. Too bad for the little details not cared for~ .

不太想給負評，但很希望其他旅客能有真實的經驗參考(我自己也很依賴旅客的經驗分享) 我們共訂4間海景villa，心得是W是網美(Youtuber)業配拱出的高房價。 一間一晚近兩萬台幣的海景房，一間沒冷氣，一間浴缸水是黃的，一間淋浴間熱水不熱(水溫32度)，還好有一間終於沒事。 前一天還特別去提醒的生日設置，下午3點過後，人都辦完手續才開始布置房間，以至於需在大廳等候。(這怎麼會有驚喜的感覺?) 飯店太舊，館內接送車 buggy若不抱怨會莫名需要等候超過30分鐘。總之，這個飯店我認為太不值這個房價。(業配太過了) 飯店離市區遠，附近沒有雙條車，進出都需要叫包車，費用大約1000泰銖(單程)，提供參考。

很好的酒店，美麗的海景，親切友善的員工，窩心的服務，酒店設施齊備，與太太來興祝結婚週年，我們一起渡過了美好的時光。

在山頂位置可以清楚看到全蘇梅景覌！很舒服！酒店亦有shuttle bus 往市中心,亦會在指定時間pick up 回酒店很體貼的服務！buffet breakfast 選擇多很豐富！一間值得去住的酒店！

Stay for four days - very comfort, good pool, good spa and good food

酒店环境及服务確实是五六星級的水平，只是有些地方令人有少許失望。 1. 貴為五星級酒店，每晚房价不菲，但浴室内的毛巾，浴袍陳舊，向酒店反映意见後，雖然獲得 upgrade, 但 upgrade 後，浴室内的毛巾和浴袍同样是較陳舊的，对于五星酒店而言，這是我最不能够接受的； 2. 我个人认为酒店提供去市集的 shuttle bus 的班次太疏。 酒店的服务是值得称赞的。住客有意見反映的时候，他们立即会跟进，对住客照顾週到。

The density of villa is terrible. The hotel should pay attention to the maintainence of the villa. The food is nice and the bar & the DJs are amazing. We also appreciate the services of gym and spa. However, they should inform us before they change our room type and I believe there is room of improvement for their check in. (I have waited for 40 mins).

great service, staff are all very nice and helpful. Transportation is good and you can book day tour through hotel without any surcharges. The private beach is superb with nice view. Villa is big with private pool. Very enjoyable vacation.

Staff are all well trained and provide service with heart. Food quality and option (except breakfast) needs improvement.

We stayed in the ocean view escape room. With good privacy, nice view and a big bathtub. The Japanese restaurant, Namu is pretty good and all the hotel staffs are helpful and polite.

房間非常舒適，私人泳池夠大，美中不足是酒店的沙灘不能游泳，是一個石灘及有珊瑚，容易弄傷腳。

这家酒店非常的有名，住之前很期待，不得不承认酒店的大堂和私家海滩都有着绝佳的VIEW，但是就房间而言，除了每个房间都有单独的游泳池，其它并无惊喜！房间的家具和陈设都有点老气，床品不太舒服，被套不是全棉的，空调声音很吵，灭蚊不太彻底，晚上被蚊子咬醒，只能凌晨2点打电话去前台求助，好在酒店的反应还比较迅速，W的工作人员还是素质很高，很热心的，但是房间硬件设备真的要提高一下了，否则真心对不起这个价格！

完美的，只有这样的形容

我花了台幣26000住了一晚的W，但覺得並沒有我想像中的美好。房間已經有點舊了，房間泳池非常的小，也有點髒~ 整體來說，下次不會再選擇W了，我相信以這樣的價位，應該有更好的選擇

The hotel is quite new but there was water leakage in our bathroom already. The pool in the room looks cool, but when we tried to swim in there, there was "stuff" flowing on the water... The sweet spot is cool, hotel offers many bottles of free water generously. Breakfast view is nice, food is good, but when I saw there was a fly flying over the salad... I was quite disappointed. The beach is not good for sun bathing, and it was too windy there, few people stayed there for fun. If I needed to pay that much for a cool room, I would rather stay at another hotel which I'd stayed also this time, with a nice beach and great food. But still worth a try.

酒店设计蛮酷，特别是一进门的lobby，水景陪着远处的海景。整个resort的泳池设计还算不错，大小也合适，能考虑到有阳光的部分。海滩很粗燥，是有点黄黄的粗砂砾，小朋友想玩沙子是不大可能。 酒店的服务一般，与价格不太成正比。我们一家人入住四天，就第一天housekeeping工作还算正常，后几天不是忘了毛巾没给，要么是泳池的浴巾不换，要么纸巾没有了也不记得添加，总之工作蛮粗燥。酒店的毛巾也是那种薄薄硬硬的，床单感觉不像全棉，盖在身上不大舒服，感觉这部应该是5星水准。而且酒店没有叫出租车服务，除了去查文海滩的班车，如果需要用车，酒店只有自己的车子，价格很贵。所以我们找到自己的出租车，如果需要用车就自己打电话。下次去苏梅岛是不会在住W了！

Very enjoyable stay, staffs are always smiling and helpful! Huge villa and delicious food.

酒店设计风格现代，适合80/90后一族年轻一代热爱生活的人群！算不上奢华，但也还不错！
