Väldigt fint rum, 302. Mycket god mat med variation. Personalen är fantastisk. Jag tycker det är det bästa hotellet vid kusten.

Everything was perfect, the crew were so kind and the rooms was clean

it was very nice staying for a week in this hotel, everyone was nice and pleasant. the only issue was in variety of food in the restaurant

All the staff were so friendly, amazing and so helpful. Breakfast every day was lovely and fresh. We stayed in the old rooms which do need a bit of work to update them but I can see they were working on some of them. Overall a great holiday due to the fab staff. Would recommend

Absolutely wonderful property, dining, and swimming.

The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. The massages by Anna and Haidi were the best my friend and I had ever had, when compared across four continents. They were really impressive. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a fantastic stay at Sunset Beach. My room was lovely and was right next to the beach, it was clean, the decor was nice, comfortable bed, with a kettle and mini fridge provided. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and really made my stay at the hotel special. The all inclusive food was very good, I am a pescatarian and loved all of the fish dishes and fresh tuna available everyday along with the lovely salads and fresh fruit.There was also a nice vegetarian options available everyday. I enjoyed the entertainment of an evening which started just after 8pm, there was a variety of traditional drummers and dancers, singers, karaoke night and a fashion show. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to retuning next year.

Very professional and welcoming staff team. Nicely maintained gardens. Comfortable, clean and tasteful decor in rooms.

Food was terrible. WIFI did almost not work at all the entire week. Laundryservice is closed Sundays, so is the shop etc..

Relativt slitet hotell. Ingen direkt anslutning till strandens, en å har sin mynning precis runt hotellet så man når inte stranden alls. Ganska långsam personal som trots lågsäsong inte gjorde något extra för vistelsen. Vatten fylldes inte på i rummet, man fick gå till baren och köpa detta. Frukosten var undermålig och extremt enkel. Ganska hårda sängar och hela stället behöver en renovering, ganska smutsig pool en del döda växter. Personalen behöver definitivt en utbildning i service. Under förväntan tyvärr.

Everybody working in the hotel is very nice firendly and hulpful Food variation each day at lunch and dunner . Around the pool people put towels on the beds for alll their stay. Hôtel shouldnt give the opportunity ti do it . You can also ask to put beds on the beach which we preferred. Animation each evening is ok. We enjoyed our stay at sunset beach .hotel.

More like a noisy party hostel. The bar, swimming pool and restaurant are in the same spot and the pool bar is pumping annoyingly loud beats and bass vibrations all day that can be heard everywhere, starting from breakfast. With sound boxes hanging all around outside the building. No rest at the pool, not one peacefull lunch or dinner. It got a little bit better, in the morning time only, after I complained 3 times, but not nearly enjoyable. There's a live band or show every evening in front of the open door restaurant, so no peacefull dinner ever. The terrain is far too small to accomodate these events every day. It can be heard in every room. I had to sit at the beach at the back exit to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft schön am Strand, der Pool ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist einfach und Spiegeleier, Rühreier etc. werden indivduell frisch zubereitet. Der Zustand des Bades hat uns etwas enttäuscht, die Klobrille war locker, am Waschbecken gab es nur heißes Wasser und die Dusche war viel zu hoch angebracht und konnte nicht verdreht werden. Hier ist definitv Modernisierung nötig. Der gute Service mit Blütenschmuck auf den frisch gemachten Betten war sehr toll. Die tägliche Reinigung war auch immer sehr gut. Die Anlage selber hat einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, die einzelnen Appartments und kleinen Eingangsterrassen weisen aufgrund der Seeluft schon Mängel auf und sollten zeitnah an einigen Stellen renoviert werden um den Zustand zu erhalten. In der Umgebung des Hotels stehen leider sehr viele andere Hotels leer und daher ist die Umgebung auch nicht allzu attraktiv zum spazieren gehen und es gibt wenige Restaurants. Man muss immer mit einem Taxi fahren. Der Taxistand ist direkt vor der Tür. Die birdwatching Tour am Eingang des Hotels ist lohnenswert.

Check-in was fast and smooth. When we entered the room, we noticed our teenager did not have a bed. Housekeeping brought a foldout bed. The room had an infestation of some of the biggest ants we've seen. When I alerted housekeeping, they informed me it was rainy season, hence excessive bugs. We met the operations manager in the dining area and told her about my room. She sent housekeeping with a bug spay, and they were ordered to leave it in the room with us. We were given one towel for three people. When I requested more towels, housekeeping gave us towels that had brown stains on them. When we said something, she said, "It's just a little stain." I kindly asked that she find two that weren't stained. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. In fact, the restaurant staff was awesome. However, the property has a pregnant cat that walks around and sits close while you're eating. This wouldn't be a problem if one of my family members didn't have a cat allergy. Lastly, if you are traveling with small children, be aware that the pool does not have a lifeguard. My husband had to perform CPR on a small child who got into difficulties in the pool. Thankfully, we got word that the child was going to be okay. When we checked out, the receptionist manager thanked my husband for saving the child's life. I think it would be helpful if all staff that works around the pool are effectively trained to perform CPR. Overall, our stay was just okay.

Nice location, they listed there are wifi in all the rooms, but it turned out there was no wifi in the rooms , only outside the hotel rooms you will have access to their wifi, and i specifically booked that hotel because of the access to wifi. So they should correct that wrong information on your expedia website.

I traveled with my kid and loved their kiddie pool. I love the bungalow rooms , was clean , comfy bed , just the bathroom is too small and the shower position is bad. The server forgot to serve one of my orders at the restaurant. Breakfast was a bit boring and someone who prepared the watermelon slices probably didn’t wash his hands as it tasted perfume .

I Have made a reservation for 2 nights, but when I arrived, hotel management informed me that the 2nd night was not booked, and hotel was full. I had to book myself another accomodation without any help, and they charged me for that 2nd night. Besides, the wifi connection is poor and no wifi in the rooms
