Alles war perfekt. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Herrn Oğuz, Frau Aslı und Frau Asiye bedanken, die uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr geholfen haben. Das Hotel ist äußerst komfortabel und die Zimmer sind hervorragend gestaltet. Die im Restaurant angebotenen Optionen sind sehr vielfältig, und alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Hotel location is not good in sense of view but it is very practical as starting point for visiting Capadoccia. Parking is available, size good. Reception is efficient & flexible, superior room (2042) was good in terms of size, cleanless, but amenitiess are ruther basic. Towels, bedding are excellent. Breakfast was great untill 16th of Nov. when majority of guests left which affected breakfast veriety and spa funcionality. I eould specially point out chef during breakfast which gladly prepared excellent eggs for us the way we expected up to last day. Weak point is room house keeping which 3 days out of 9 forgott to clean our room ( sign for room cleaning is well made and visible but...). SPA personel is horendeus, terrible in every sence, far far bellow hotel standard ( up to point that 2 "girls" just being "pritty" explained that you can get 1 towel/per person/per day because they don't have towels and that is thrir policy, laughing at our face). First time in my 40+ year of travelling I was insulted this way, such arogance and attitude. Also last 3 days they swiched of finish sauna, stopped heating pool and pool was "rented" yo school kids lessonss so it was not possible to use it. Bit dissapointing.

3 kişi konalama gerçekleştirdik. Her şey çok güzeldi. Odalar güzeldi, temizdi. Personel çok ilgiliydi, özellikle zeynep hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önerebileceğim bir otel. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Günlerdir kakmayan balonlar Son sabahımızda kalkmıştı ve terasımızdan balonları bile izleyebildik:) Teşekkür ederiz

Staffs are professional and the hotel design and facilities are excellent. I liked the Turkish bath, especially.

We stayed in the 2 story suite rooms. They were spacious and nice. The bathroom was a bit small but no major issues except for finding the light switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Besides the freshly made eggs, there's nothing that is worth it. The service was great except at the pool where we had to go and find the waiter vs the waiter coming to us to take our order. Location was outside of Goreme and that was the biggest hurdle, nothing nearby to walk to

Otele yaklaşık 4 veya 5. gidişim; İlk gittiğim seyahatlerde beğenerek ve keyif alarak gittiğim bir konaklamaydı fakat en son gittiğimde bunun 1/10 ini göremedim, ne yazık ki temizlik ve hizmet F&B tarafında vasattı bir kaç personel dışında. Bir dahaki seyahatimde acabaya düşerim artık…

The hotel building has potential, but unfortunately, the service falls short. Cleanliness was acceptable (4/5), although some of the pool sunbeds were dirty and had not been cleaned during our 4-day stay. The staff is friendly and tries to help, but only a few speak English, which makes communication challenging. We stayed in one of the largest suites (Duplex with Terrace), but were disappointed to find a cigarette burn on the sofa, a torn and dirty curtain, a damaged bedsheet, stains on the carpet, and bird poo and feathers on the terrace. This is not what you expect when booking one of the top rooms in a 5-star hotel. The overall atmosphere felt odd. The management approach appears to be more focused on cost-saving than on delivering a high-quality guest experience. Food quality varied – breakfasts were noticeably better than dinners. During dinner, no drinks were provided, except for plain mineral water, which was poured from plastic bottles by the waiters (if they noticed you). Drink prices were overpriced, with no quality to justify the cost. Overall, if you expect a true 5-star experience, this hotel will disappoint. But if you lower your expectations to a 3-star level, you might still enjoy your stay.
