Ich war zum 5 mal in diesem Hotel,leider das letzte mal definitiv keine 5 Sterne mehr wert

The service was amazing, food was nice and staff were very friendly. The night entertainment could be better!

In der Broschüre steht das die Bettwäsche alle 2 Tage gewechselt wird, kann ich NICHT bestätigen. Der Pool ist übersättigt mit Chlor dachte schon ich plantsche in Bleichmittel. Die hohen Preise die das Hotel hier aufruft kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Habe viel mehr erwartet… jedoch sogar weniger bekommen als bei einem günstigeren Konkurrenten. Das Buffet war gut. Die Kellner waren stets freundlich. Im ganzen nur ein ok für den Aufenthalt.

Ein tolles Hotel was wir nur weiter empfehlen können. Das ganze Personal Mega super freundlich und ich finde , dass es im jedem Hotel so sein sollte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 👍👍👍.

The all-inclusive package was great From indulging in rejuvenating spa services to relishing an array of delectable food options, the hotel provided a comprehensive and satisfying holiday experience. However, the housekeeping standards were bad on the second day. The bed sheets were haphazardly arranged, and cushions were carelessly thrown on the sofa, suggesting a lapse in attention to detail. Our visit in November, while generally pleasant, was met with disappointment as the water rides, a key attraction, were unexpectedly closed. This information was not adequately communicated before our stay, leaving us unprepared for the lack of access to these facilities. Clearer communication regarding the availability of attractions would have allowed us to manage our expectations better. The waiters were overly clingy, making it difficult to enjoy our meals in peace. We would have preferred a more subtle approach to service, allowing guests to savor their dining experience without feeling constantly interrupted. I guess they want tip. I only travel via card. Another point of contention was the insistence on using the hotel's taxis, with an exorbitant charge of £40 to the airport. Opting for an Uber instead, we paid only £11, highlighting a significant price difference and leaving us questioning the hotel's transparency in their transportation services. In conclusion, provided a great overall experience with its fantastic amenities but housekeeping is bad

This is a wonderful resort. Their service, quality of food, room, lobby, restaurants, staff, beach, decor, activities, pools, bars, the abundance of food, drinks and liquor was superb. I dont think any European hotel can even think of providing so much food and drink and such atmosphere, service and taste...well done...really really impressed and will definitely strongly recommend it to all...and we will go back there again, for sure...A big well done to all the Staff, management and chefs and dancers, singers, show men and women....definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in

A great all inclusive with an abundance of delicious food and fantastic service by all members of staff.

Exceptional. We have been to other resorts in the same price range in the area and nothing compares to this one. Big but not too big. Food quality, service, all great. if I had to add one thing, the hotel could spend some money on having some cheap basketballs in the court (currently there are none available at all unless you participate in a set time with the entertainment guy).

It's a great place, the only issue I had was that no one really explained anything to us, just gave us our keys and we found out everything ourselves , like the restaurants and pools and what's open and what's closed. I really did not like the distance between food and dinning area. It would take us about 10 to 15 minutes from getting the food to getting back to our seats (very far from food). The only other issue I had was that the dinning area was not ventilated and it was really warm, it didn't feel great.

this was a great resort and right in the center of many hotels. it was a fun place to stay and perfect for families. lots of daily entertainment at night and amazing buffet
