The all-inclusive package was great From indulging in rejuvenating spa services to relishing an array of delectable food options, the hotel provided a comprehensive and satisfying holiday experience. However, the housekeeping standards were bad on the second day. The bed sheets were haphazardly arranged, and cushions were carelessly thrown on the sofa, suggesting a lapse in attention to detail. Our visit in November, while generally pleasant, was met with disappointment as the water rides, a key attraction, were unexpectedly closed. This information was not adequately communicated before our stay, leaving us unprepared for the lack of access to these facilities. Clearer communication regarding the availability of attractions would have allowed us to manage our expectations better. The waiters were overly clingy, making it difficult to enjoy our meals in peace. We would have preferred a more subtle approach to service, allowing guests to savor their dining experience without feeling constantly interrupted. I guess they want tip. I only travel via card. Another point of contention was the insistence on using the hotel's taxis, with an exorbitant charge of £40 to the airport. Opting for an Uber instead, we paid only £11, highlighting a significant price difference and leaving us questioning the hotel's transparency in their transportation services. In conclusion, provided a great overall experience with its fantastic amenities but housekeeping is bad

This is a wonderful resort. Their service, quality of food, room, lobby, restaurants, staff, beach, decor, activities, pools, bars, the abundance of food, drinks and liquor was superb. I dont think any European hotel can even think of providing so much food and drink and such atmosphere, service and taste...well done...really really impressed and will definitely strongly recommend it to all...and we will go back there again, for sure...A big well done to all the Staff, management and chefs and dancers, singers, show men and women....definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in

It's a great place, the only issue I had was that no one really explained anything to us, just gave us our keys and we found out everything ourselves , like the restaurants and pools and what's open and what's closed. I really did not like the distance between food and dinning area. It would take us about 10 to 15 minutes from getting the food to getting back to our seats (very far from food). The only other issue I had was that the dinning area was not ventilated and it was really warm, it didn't feel great.

I got covid-19 in this hotel !!! Yes They had events and ppl attend without mask ! The only place they wear mask was the buffet restaurant! Not in elevators not in the lobby! People wear dancing and attending to shows and all were indoor events ! Very dirty and awful place to stay ! The staff are so rude and mostly doesn’t speak English ! The house keeping hardly clean your room , unless you pay them extra , otherwise they don’t even change the bed sheets! Food was ok ( if you like cold stake for example)but service was terrible, no one bring you fork or drink so you have to wait for seat and if you are lucky you get seated . Not enjoyed my stay at all !

Only one big issue with this fantastic hotel. Everything was great but the staff in water sport section of this hotel are rude, unprofessional and very aggressive. Me and my wife rent a jet sky for 20 min. They don’t have any timer on the jet sky so you have to come back when you see them waving very small red flag which is very difficult to see from far away. I almost had a fight with them (They would have definitely lost the fight if they had started it) because I was late returning back for just about 10 minutes which wasn’t on purpose. When I said I’m happy to pay for it they start acting calm and chatting friendly. In my opinion they shouldn’t let these aggressive people to work in this 5 star hotel or even close to it. My wife understands Turkish and told me that they are swearing in their language which was very upsetting.Everything else was great and most of the staffs were very friendly( except staffs in water sports) Having said that I found this hotel very good for family with children. Good facilities, food, et cetera. One more thing that bothered me a lot is that everywhere you go (mostly shops in hotel or in the town) they ask you where you are coming from!!!!. They ask you that and they will treat you based on your nationality!!! That’s True and horrible.

Superb hotel with spectacular service. Lovely food and space. Friendly staff. It’s got everything you need. I wouldn’t recommend the extra services with additional charge like photoshoot, water sports spa and shops as they overcharge you with really expensive prices and some staff are rude and unprofessional. I think the hotel need to have more inspections on these services or take over these businesses to offer a better service. But other than that everything is excellent. I especially enjoyed the pool skate service for drinks and the pizza and BBQ by the pools. Night entertainments are great some nights but sometimes they are boring and can be better. Overall I give 9 out of 10.
