預定好的的兩張TWIN BED房 變成兩張又窄又小的SINGLE BED 向服務台反應了 也沒有什麼改善

It is a terrible experience to stay in this hotel. I will never stay this hotel in my life agian.

Alles war einfach super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Sehr zentral und alles gut erreichbar .

I traveled from the U.S. (14-hour flight) to Turkey for an important one-week trip to pick up my wedding dress, and I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room next to us was partying loudly late at night for multiple nights, and I was unable to sleep at all. I reported the issue to the staff, and they told me the guests were removed, but this was not true — the noise continued and nothing was resolved. This made my stay very stressful and exhausting, and the hotel did not provide the peaceful environment advertised. Very disappointing experience for the price I paid through Expedia.

Everything was fine but, look out, you have to pay seven Euros for a head cap to go in the pool.

CLEAN AND PLEASENT PLACE

The room given was not what I paid for. They joined the 2 single beds together with out and mattress topper. The switch by the bedside was not even working, The LED light above the bed was broken. The bathroom had mould on in it and was leaking. The shower head was not working properly. They changed the room next day. They gave a us a room with a double bed instead of KING size bed and very small room. I paid for a standard KING bed room. I complained about this but it was to deaf ears. I would not rate this Hotel as a 5 star Hotel. The dining area is like you are in 3 star hotel. The breakfast does not have a lot of options as a 5star hotel. Some of the staff do not have any customer service.

Always our choice number one when visiting Istanbul!

Tres bel hotel. Chambre assez grande, propre, avec articles de toilettes changés tous les jours.Espace SPA et salle de sports très appréciables , ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Petit bemol sir le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de la prestation.

Needs some upgrades. Breakfast should be better. Staff was wonderful. Property was clean

La sortie sur le Bosphore a été une catastrophe. La navette nous a baladé durant une heure 15. Et sur le bateau, on nous a placé à l'extérieur, avec un chauffage tombé en panne au bout de 30 minutes. Nous ne pouvions pas entrer, nous avons eu très froid (octobre) et nous n'avons rien vu, ni rien entendu du spectacle. Nous avons préféré rentrer en Uber que prendre la navette.

Amazing breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff took care of everything, great location, would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at this lovely hotel few times. We are always treated loyally specially from the manager Ms Lale & front desk reception Mr Nazir & all other staffs. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

We really liked the hotel, the room and bathroom were nice and the staff was great.
