We stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for seven days, booking two family rooms, each advertised as a triple. Overall, we would rate our stay 4 out of 5. While the hotel is marketed as a five-star property, it didn’t fully meet that standard. Positives: Great location, close to main attractions and amenities. Good facilities, including a spa and gym. Very helpful staff — throughout our stay there wasn’t a situation where a staff member couldn’t assist. Breakfast offered a decent range of choices and was enjoyable. Negatives: The rooms were small for triples. The mattresses and pillows were poor quality, uncomfortably soft and bouncy. In summary, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly its location, facilities, and excellent staff. However, improvements in room size and mattress/pillow quality would make the experience more in line with a true five-star.

There was black mold in the bathroom shower, . One night after dinner the bartender and a waiter came knocking at our door, supposedly with a fruit platter for us. We were already in bed and they came into the room to deliver the so-called fruit platter. We felt very unsafe. When checking out of the hotel the guy at front desk

This hotel was decent. It was clean. The room in which I stayed had an issue where the shower leaked and a pool of water would collect on the bathroom floor, so that was a little annoying, Overall, it was not bad. I liked the area. Staff were very nice and hard working.

Food was okay except for overcooked eggs and omelette which were made to order. The room was way too dark as if it was meant to just sleep. Wifi password needed to be updated quite often and daily even if we stayed >1 week. There was no option for just entering a Wifi password just once.

El personal es encantador educados y atentos por otro lado las mujeres que limpian las habitaciones no hacen una buena limpieza . El jacuzzi del hotel no funciona y no puedes usar la piscina si no tienes gorro de nadador el cual ellos te venden . Tiene una muy buena ubicación y sus empelados son muy gentiles su bufé del desayuno es muy bueno pero el restaurante es excesivo en sus precios si quieres almorzar con ellos .

Rooms were spacious, clean, well furnished. Many hotel amenities including turkish bath, massage, and sauna. Breakfast was okay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind booking it again for a future visit to Istanbul.

This hotel was decent. It was clean. The room in which I stayed had an issue where the shower leaked and a pool of water would collect on the bathroom floor, so that was a little annoying, Overall, it was not bad. I liked the area. Staff were very nice and hard working.

We stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for seven days, booking two family rooms, each advertised as a triple. Overall, we would rate our stay 4 out of 5. While the hotel is marketed as a five-star property, it didn’t fully meet that standard. Positives: Great location, close to main attractions and amenities. Good facilities, including a spa and gym. Very helpful staff — throughout our stay there wasn’t a situation where a staff member couldn’t assist. Breakfast offered a decent range of choices and was enjoyable. Negatives: The rooms were small for triples. The mattresses and pillows were poor quality, uncomfortably soft and bouncy. In summary, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly its location, facilities, and excellent staff. However, improvements in room size and mattress/pillow quality would make the experience more in line with a true five-star.

The guys at the reception are very friendly and very knowledgeable about transport, topics and trips. Room service is excellent, as is cleanliness. Very rich continental breakfast! Wonderful stay

Food was okay except for overcooked eggs and omelette which were made to order. The room was way too dark as if it was meant to just sleep. Wifi password needed to be updated quite often and daily even if we stayed >1 week. There was no option for just entering a Wifi password just once.

Loved the place , however small rooms and the smoking in the rooms reached the vents it was so horrible couldn’t sleep the last week at the hotel due to the smoke inhalation

El personal es encantador educados y atentos por otro lado las mujeres que limpian las habitaciones no hacen una buena limpieza . El jacuzzi del hotel no funciona y no puedes usar la piscina si no tienes gorro de nadador el cual ellos te venden . Tiene una muy buena ubicación y sus empelados son muy gentiles su bufé del desayuno es muy bueno pero el restaurante es excesivo en sus precios si quieres almorzar con ellos .

Rooms were spacious, clean, well furnished. Many hotel amenities including turkish bath, massage, and sauna. Breakfast was okay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind booking it again for a future visit to Istanbul.
