Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day We had amazing time Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. We are really thankful 🙏

My mother recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, and she was very happy with her experience. She was traveling alone, and she felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout her stay. The staff were very kind and professional, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect with a good variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to access nearby shopping malls and other attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant and safe stay, and we truly appreciate the hospitality.

Oda gayet temizdi, herhangi bir kötü koku yoktu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otelde fitness salonu da var ve antrenman programına ara vermek istemeyenler için gerekli bazı ekipmanlar mevcut.

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location which is great for a good night at sleep away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Taksim. Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week in April while we visited various dentists. The hotel was conveniently located close to most of the clinics. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included package, as breakfast was wonderful and lots of variety. Not many cafes within walking distance, so that was convenient. Overall staff here was great and we had a great stay.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. It is however quite a walk and a couple of Metro stops away from the main attractions.

Overall, a nice stay. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. It’s not in the best area that is close to much, and for some reason the sixth floor where we were staying always smelled like spoiled trash. I told management about it, but it continued to smell in the hallway. Air-conditioning system shoots right down on you in bed while you’re sleeping and is in a very awkward spot. Otherwise, hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and had a nice view. I will say, if you want to have happy patrons, do not try to charge them over $12 for one beer in your lobby downstairs. That’s extortive pricing.

I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your reception staff, especially Özgür and Ardan. The night before, I clearly asked to extend my stay and was told me the price per night. When I asked to pay immediately, I was told that the extension would have to be handled with the morning staff. The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, I was treated with complete disrespect. Özgür was aggressively knocking on my door as if I had begged for the room, and Ardan spoke to me horribly on the phone, insisting that I leave the room immediately because “other clients were arriving,” as if I was some kind of problem instead of a paying guest. This situation happened because of your staff’s lack of organization and communication, yet I was the one treated badly for it. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was unacceptable, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. A hotel should hire receptionists who are trained in hospitality and know how to speak to clients properly. No guest deserves to be treated this way. Horrible experience! avoid this place.

It’s the best hotel and best staff

Gleam Bomonti is our to-go place in Istanbul. We like the area and the fact it’s not in the middle of a touristy hassle, yet the neighborhood and authentic Sisli feel is there and we always love it. Use of spas, availability of the massages and delicious diverse breakfast choices make it for us place we will always return when in Istanbul.

Room was pretty clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa was nice and relaxing
