역과 쇼핑센터와 멀지 않은 거리에 있습니다. 조용하고 깨긋해서 좋아요. 단지 슬리퍼 등 보관 위치나 에어컨 조절이 처음에 찾기가 조금 어려웠습니다.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel. If this hotel was in a better location it would be perfect. For visitors who want to explore istanbul to its fullest this isn’t the most ideal hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel. Mohammad at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and all the boys at reception were really helpful throughout my visit. It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak any Turkish, but the staff made everything easy and stress-free. Anything I asked for was sorted out very quickly. If you’re from the UK and looking for a comfortable, friendly hotel in Istanbul, I definitely recommend staying here - Jacob

Personel güler yüzlü, kahvaltısı gayet başarılı, hem odalar hem de kahvaltı alanı çok da temiz. Metroya 10-15 dk uzaklıkta. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

This is my first time in Turkey, as a tourist I would say this hotel is very safe and clean. The hotel provided us whatever we requested (they give clean water whenever you request it). The room service was really good, the lady was very efficient and cleaned the room really well. The receptionist helped us with our bags when we arrived and also when we left. The receptionist Mohammed knew how to speak English whereas the others didn’t so it’s best if you download google translation (nothing wrong with them not knowing just a suggestion to any tourist visiting this hotel) The cons were the room was small for us and they had not checked my booking as they said it was for 3 people whereas I had paid for 4 people (didn’t bother me as the hotel room was very clean and organised). I would recommend tourist to pay the extra amount for the breakfast as the two cafes we went to around the area, the breakfast was expensive and small portions (not worth it) The cafe next to the hotel called “boro” was amazing and worth trying. The area is far from the central and tourist sites (30minute drive). There is a path way down to get taxi is a 3min walk, to get to central it’ll cost you around 450lira (which is around $17). Would recommend tourist to book closer but this hotel is pretty affordable and a good stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of a huge mall and a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Throw in the 24-hour gym (that is not a given in Turkey) and the truly exceptional and considerate customer service, and I would gladly stay here again. They stored our bags while we had a free day before our flight and took many other such steps to go above and beyond in their service of us.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of them even knew a few words in Farsi, which was a fun and pleasant surprise for us! The breakfast was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. We also loved the connected rooms—they were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended!
