Kahvaltının yeterliliğine oranla akşam yemeğinin zayıf olması büyük bir çelişkiydi. Business loungeda çay vaktinde hiçbir şeyin olmaması bir diğer eksiklikti fakat en kötüsü spa bölümünün bakımsızlığıydı. Su giderlerinin tıkalı olması hijyen konusunda sınıfta kalınmasına sebep oldu.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. We would stay again next time in Bursa.

My 3-day-stay at Bursa Hilton Convention Center& Spa was beyond words. It's a lovely hotel inevery aspect and i recommend it highlt to everyone👌

The room was very clear, there was no hair in the bathroom and the bed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a comfortable night.

This hotel is connected to another hotel which we stayed in last year and I wish I had stayed at same hotel as last year because it is much nicer. Much larger rooms. Way better customer service. Hilton Bursa customer service experience is much like our Hilton Hagia Sofia customer experience. A lot of disengaged staff not paying attention, giving generic responses to questions. I will not stay at a Hilton in Turkey again.

A beautiful property, clean and modern rooms, good view from your window. Profitional staf. Great inside swimming pool. I enjoided staying at this location.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel. the breakfast is good. the people are friendly, and the hotel is very close to ozdalic market 👌 for people who cannot sleep without air condition, the weather is really cold in January, so opening the window will work.
