The place itself is fantastic ...perfect for kids many enormous swimming pools with beautiful surrounding architecture. Outdoor and Indoor pool water is spotless. The evening entertainment is wonderful The beach is lovely and very near the hotel. There are a few issues. The massage people and photographers are quite pushy and go around every single day and try to get you to buy their services. The biggest issue was that most of us got sick while staying in the hotel. We went to the hotel doctor (the hotel has a medial facility) and The standard answer is that bacterial infections are caused by bacteria in the sea water but this is unlikely and I believe this excuse is used all over the region. On the other hand it’s said that the beach is a blue flag beach so you cant have it every way. The doctor in the hotel is very quick to ask about private insurance and send people to a private hospital which is very expensive. Our daughter had a mild ear infection but the doctor wanted to send us to hospital to see a specialist. We have never before been sent to the Hospital for an ear infection. A few ear drops and it was fixed. Other members of our group were not so lucky and were very sick with an infection which we believe was contracted in the hotel from the food or other guests. They ended up in hospital but they could not get a written diagnosis with the cause of the infection. It felt like a conflict of interest that the hotel sent sick guests only to one private hospital.

Das Café war sehr angenehm und es gab immer überall was zu essen. Die Zimmer sehr veraltet und technisch immer wieder Schwierigkeiten gehabt. Auch nach Beschwerde ganz lange gebraucht bis jemand kam. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

It was so fun and stuff were very nice. I recommend this hotel.

Mooi, wel verouderd. Voordeel is aquapark en vele zwembaden. Sommige personeelsleden haten hun leven lijkt het wel. Ze hebben er zo geen zin in dat je als vakantieganger ook niet optimaal kan genieten.

Struttura molto bella, personale gentile, tantissime piscine, spiaggia e mare molto belli. Cibo buono per un all inclusive. Camera bella grande, da migliorare è il mobilio un po' datato ma comunque in ordine. Vacanza super!

Immense et très beau complexe, belles chambres, spectacles de qualité, infrastructures de qualité, personnel très agréable. Point négatif: le buffet, très répétitif, midi et soir, la même chose à manger et hormis le grand choix de salades, peu de nouveautés.

Great entertainment, kids club was truly amazing with excellent care and fun. Pools beach were great. Food options in the buffet were fantastic. And the best hair saloon you can ever wish for with best hair stylist- I highly recommend trying hair saloon, pedicure. We liked the Hammam spa with the bath and massage. The girls in guest service were nice. Few things we did not like: - old outdated rooms, - horrible mold in showers. - you get only 1 x during stay Ala cart restaurant and they are hard to book,, -the reception staff was not very helpful and did not make you feel special upon arrival plus they spoke very limited English.

Perfekte Auszeit mit allem was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Traumhafte Anlange mit verschiedenen Pools, Rutschenpark, leckerem Essen und erfrischenden Drinks zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und abends Party für jung und alt. Auch der Strand ist schön und man kann in der Nähe sogar Schildkröten beobachten.

Lovely spacious hotel, fresh and varied food. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

Le seul point négatif c'est que personne ne parle le français en réception ou en restauration c'est bien dommage

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie und es mangelte an nichts! Habe noch nie so eine große, ansehnliche Anlage und einem so schönen Strand gesehen! Bin wirklich verliebt darin und das Personal war zudem immer zuvorkommend. Man hat die Möglichkeit von allen kamelya Hotels die Anlage zu nutzen, somit hat man den Aquapark inklusive. Die Zimmer fand ich jetzt leider nicht so prickelnd und 5 Sterne konform (abgesehen von der Gemütlichkeit her), da es einfach veraltet ist und zum Teil etwas kaputt. Aber dadurch, dass es an den öffentlichen Bereichen so toll und modern ist, macht es das Ganze wieder wett. Zudem war sowohl das Essen und die Desserts echt hervorragend, da können auch picky eaters mit Sicherheit Anschluss finden. Übrigens hat man über die gesamten Hotels verteilt Internet Empfang und braucht sich auch keine Sorgen zu machen, mal nicht erreichbar zu sein. Wow, this is best holiday I have ever been I give everything out of 10. From the pools, everyday activities, night activities, location next to the beach, spa . All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . It’s a 3 in 1 hotel which is amazing. Thank you Selin. We enjoyed our holiday
