The staff was excellent! Breakfast was excellent as well

Lots of people living at the hotel. Out back people were smoking pot during the day. There was broken down furniture outside the back door where they hung out. I was scared to go in parking lot at night to take my dog out. Rooms basic with old mattresses. Only 2 pillows per bed.

One room A/C didn't work. Was late check in so nothing could be done until next day. Workers left masks and debris after being in room next day. Other room had bed bugs! Both rooms had very little shower water pressure and very poor drainage. Was supposed to be 3 night stay for 2 rooms. Checked out after one night. Very bad...

They needed to remodel around the bathtub the shower curtain kept moving and it was letting water go out into the floor

Not the new but good enough for a shower and nights sleep

Budget friendly location with excellent staff

Check in was easy. Toilet was loose from the floor. Bedside lamps were not plugged in, no outlets to plug them in and no light bulbs in lamps. Tiles missing on bathroom floor. No hot water in bathroom sink. Slow to drain bathroom sink. No one at counter during check out.

Rooms were not nice, breakfast consisted of yogurt

Had to try 3 different rooms before we had one where AC worked properly upon checkin. Front desk clerk tried her best. Smoke detector went off in room at 4:00AM without real cause.

I like this hotel su much

It was a weekend stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean. The bed is extremely firm (I prefer softer mattress). All in all not bad for a weekend getaway for the races.

No smoke detector, just wires hanging out of the ceiling. Bathroom faucet looser than a three on the tree in an old Chevy. 30 year old blackened linoleum with a gap big enough for the people downstairs to climb through. Cigarette burns on the original equipment bathroom vanity and discolored tub. Herd of wildebeest running wild in and around 313...meth much? Other than that, don't set your expectations too high for a $75 room. The La Quinta and Hampton were sold out, so ya get what ya get!!

Inexpensive lodging.

Absolutely horrendous, several bed bug bites lack of cleanliness all around, discovered a bedbug in our room. Went and grabbed the “‘manager on duty” and showed them they agreed it was a bedbug and moved us to the room RIGHT NEXT TO IT. No apology no compensation nothing. Hate to sound like a Karen but I’m taking it up the chain

Water pressure very low in the shower

I enjoyed my visit with family

Pillows were old, lumpy and there were only two per bed…four would have been better. No closet or coffee maker in room…or an iron and ironing board. Bathroom was tiny, shower shell had a hole in it and the bathroom could have used a makeover.
