Good

This isn't the place for you if you want quiet. We were on the 5th floor and it's still so noisy from the street. But its right near the Subway and an easy walk to lots of the places you might visit

Great location. We stayed for a week. Room was good, although the decor is a little outdated. Shower head was leaking everywhere, but we managed somehow.

Funcionarios muito cordiais, quarto limpo, banheiro espaçoso, cafe da manha simples (bagles, muffin e cafe). Hotel muito agradável, com excelente localização. Estação de metro nas duas esquinas, varios bares e restaurantes no mesmo quarteirão. Ha poucas quadras da time square e do chelsea market. Da pra fazer muitos passeios a pé ou de metro. Foi uma escolha muito acertada!

Basic hotel but very clean and friendly staff. Quiet and clean rooms. Nice area with tables to sit at or to have breakfast. Plentiful bagel/muffins/coffee tea for breakfast and those were still available all morning.

Very difficult to drive to, limited and expensive parking.

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir New-York à pied (15 minutes à pied de Time Square. Chambre familiale spacieuse et propre, lits confortables, petit-déjeuner inclus (muffin ou bagel). Personnel très sympathique. Storage room disponible gratuitement pour garder vos bagages. Réception ouverte toute la nuit, pratique pour les arrivées tardives.

The location to Penn Station and subway is great. Staff was polite and professional. My only disappointment was the mattress, which was old and very worn. Fortunately my stay wasn’t long term.

Public transport excellent access. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. The rooms are dated but in working order. Bed was old and hard, due for replacement. Breakfast was simple and delicious, bagels, muffins, tea and coffee.

All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Free pastry and coffee each morning which is a great start to the day. Well situated beside two subway lines.

Enjoyable stay at Chelsea Savoy. Staff were friendly and efficient, lots of shops and subway near hotel and only ten minutes walk away from Penn station.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms were quite big, the air conditioning was working great and it was very very clean! Two metro stations were closeby (1-3 minutes by foot), so we could get everywhere in a hurry. In the morning fresh coffee, bagels and muffins were served, which was quite unexpected, but really nice. Only little downside was that you could hear some of the traffic at night, even with windows closed.
