Arrive to check-in at 3:15. Was told that my room would be ready in about 30 minutes. Okay no problem- i knew i was early.
I came back in 30 minutes (at 3:45, which is only 15 minutes prior to check in time) and the front desk employee began to get extremely rude with me, telling me that my room might not be ready at 4, and i may have to wait even later, when I asked questions about What time the room would be ready? He got increasingly rude and told me that I would need to come back and it may not be ready at 4. It was so disarming it felt like they didn't even have the room I reserved.
when I came back at 4, the same rude employee had keys waiting for me.
I asked the employee what time breakfast was and instead of simply answering me, he rudely stated i could read the information on the keys.
So I i went to my room, and lo and behold, there were two people ALREADY IN THE ROOM !
They were fortunately very kind, but expressed that their room was extremely dirty at check in and the employee had also been super rude to them when they had checked in.
When i went back to the front desk, the employee again was very rude and refused to apologize /offer anything to make up for the fact he had sent me into someone else room.
I asked for him to write down a request for management to call me. He ignored my request and refused to write down for his manager to call me.
I got new keys and went to the room, which yes, was filthy and had dirt/black/mold marks all over the walls
