The room was very bad and in worst condition. The AC was running the whole night but still the temperature only went from 75 to 73… the breakfast area was ok, not a lot of options to eat.

The location of the room was great. It had a small balcony overlooking the beach and water. It was a nice sized room. The worst part of my stay was the mildew/mold smell of the room. It seemed to be better when the balcony door was left open. Carpeting might not be the best choice for a hotel by the beach. Some updating could be done. The continental breakfast was not great. There were very few choices, especially anything healthy. I went out for breakfast the last 2 days of my stay.

Arrive to check-in at 3:15. Was told that my room would be ready in about 30 minutes. Okay no problem- i knew i was early. I came back in 30 minutes (at 3:45, which is only 15 minutes prior to check in time) and the front desk employee began to get extremely rude with me, telling me that my room might not be ready at 4, and i may have to wait even later, when I asked questions about What time the room would be ready? He got increasingly rude and told me that I would need to come back and it may not be ready at 4. It was so disarming it felt like they didn't even have the room I reserved. when I came back at 4, the same rude employee had keys waiting for me. I asked the employee what time breakfast was and instead of simply answering me, he rudely stated i could read the information on the keys. So I i went to my room, and lo and behold, there were two people ALREADY IN THE ROOM ! They were fortunately very kind, but expressed that their room was extremely dirty at check in and the employee had also been super rude to them when they had checked in. When i went back to the front desk, the employee again was very rude and refused to apologize /offer anything to make up for the fact he had sent me into someone else room. I asked for him to write down a request for management to call me. He ignored my request and refused to write down for his manager to call me. I got new keys and went to the room, which yes, was filthy and had dirt/black/mold marks all over the walls

Property is old, mold everywhere, spiders are huge in my room. Windows are filthy screens are torn. Floor in and around bathroom filthy.

Clean room. Trash all over the ground, seagulls everywhere, pool didn't look good, housekeeping never came to our room, breakfast was decent. Easy walking distance to Arnold's Transport ferry. I wouldn't stay here again, but it was ok.

The grandkids enjoyed the beachfront and the sandy beach. They were able to walk out into the water with no rocks and shallow water.

Very good location. Our room was very old and run down from the walls to the floors to the furniture. Very unpleasant smell when we walked in. For the price we paid it was a big disappointment.

Beds were uncomfortable. Needing renovations. Door did not shut tight. Run down.

It was NOT worth the money! Beds are uncomfortable!! One was broken. TV barely worked. Remote would move down two channels then freeze! Told the office and they mumbled under their breath. My stay was 4 nights and had to ask for someone to change our sheets. Got attitude when I did. They didn't even clean the room. They left sheets and towelsels on the bed for us to do! Beach had broken chairs and a big pipeline going into the water.. Dont know why. Breakfast was a mess! No one refilling the food, trash over filling, barely any choices! Plus trash in the hall ways! My friend had her door lock broken off! Went to use the water park and they picked what waterparknee are going to instead of asking us what we wanted! Not worth the money at all!

The staff was great and the lobby looked nice. The room however is dated and has a weird smell to it.

Stayed 2 nights in king suite with hot tub. Room was clean. Hot tub was clean including jets. Front desk was friendly. Over all stay was good for the price. We didn't swim in pool (water was too cold) or go in spa area. Beach area was alright nice and sandy. Was a close walk to the ferry.

Bed not very comfortable and black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Nice folks. Pool shady on cleanliness and did not utilize.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful But the room was dirty and the carpet needs to be changed Also breakfast is poor

Got there to find our room was in the basment, $360 for a basement room? Our beach view was half underground and the ledge and ground were littered with cigarette butts and a beach chair with old towels. Full bags of garbage were all over the outside of the building leading into our room. The room smelled strange and when we used the hot tub, which had patched cracks all over it, after draining it it was full of some brown dirt? Sand? Mold? Not sure if it came out of the jets or the faucet or what. No it wasnt from us we didnt even use the beach. I could see this at a $50 no-tell motel but when I'm paying almost $400 for a night I expect a bit more.

Close to beach and ferry to island

The property is older and not well maintained. There was a lot of trash on the premises and in the beach area. Our 1-night stay was fine but would not recommend for a longer vacation stay.
