Bra rymliga rum. Vill man få städat varje dag så får man säga till annars var 3:e dag. Enkel frukostbuffe, varmt o kallt. Liten pool på innergården med poolhandukar.

The gentleman that checked me in was super friendly and had great customer service. The rooms and area were very nice and clean. When checking out the lady didn’t even acknowledge me even after I gave her my cards letting her know I was checking out. I even said thank you and she gave me a dirty look. There were two other housekeepers with the receptionist that were just talking about how much food the guests were taking or eating. One of the housekeepers even asked a guest how many people in your room. So disrespectful in my opinion.

We didn't even end up staying at the hotel. We accidentally chose the wrong date and when we called to make the change they said they did not do that nor did they provide a refund due to 3rd party business with Hotels.com. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager was on vacation. Like what? Not nice at all. Wouldn't want to stay at a place where they don't treat people well and do the right thing. Customer service 👎👎👎

The elevator was filthy and had graffiti. The room smelled like mildew and the carpets in the halls and room were worn and dirty. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was too expensive for what they offer, the hotel is old, the shower tub had stains and the sink was clogged. The check in is too late at 4pm and the check out too early at 11am. It used to be in at 3pm and out at 12pm

I have a photo of a peeling bathtub surface.
Also, requested that staff stop the kids from screaming in the pool. Was told it would stop when the pool closed at 9pm. Not a very friendly response. Will not yse this facility again
