This is great experience. We have a shuttle bus to go to the airport, also the hotel have a pizzeria uno in the same building. Near ALDI and Dollar tree, which is good if you need something. The other thing, the hotel have a living room that make me easy to study while my family in the bedroom.

Apart from the airport shuttle, nothing is good. The staff were also not warm and friendly and the hotel was the most aloof staff I have ever stayed at near the airport. But the airport shuttle driver was very good.

It’s a wonderful stay for me and my husband. I felt welcomed through the people I met in the hotel: the shuttle bus drivers, receptionists at the front desk, housekeepers, waitresses.
The shuttle bus to the OHare airport and/ or the CTA station is a big plus!!

Our towels had brown stains on them and someone else’s hair. The headboard was disgusting and looking like something had dried dripping down it, same with the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and shower head was basically black due to lack of cleaning it. Room and hallway smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Would not stay here again.

dirty hotel the carpets are shameful super stained and dirty the color and the room of the hotel is gloomy and super old the television is left in the past. The beds say they are queen but they are small. The only friendly thing was the staff but to my greatest dismay I found out that they charged me the deposit of 50 dollars 3 times so they charged the price of the night plus the 18 for parking plus 3 times the deposit. For my purposes they are stealing 100 dollars from me. So after a bad experience they also steal from me to top it off because the nice thing about the case is that they say we will return it but they never do. It is okay that you charge me the deposit once but 3 times. I will never return to this place of course I do not recommend it not even to the worst enemy.

The hotel is run sown and dirty. When we got to our floor it smelled like bug spray Doesn't seem like safe area. We immediately checked out, but have not to this point, which is a week later given me a refund.
If that wasn't enough they charge for parking.
