這趟旅遊三次入住,整體而言還不錯,但第三次入住時浴缸的排水很糟, 洗澡時有嚴重積水問題.

Shuttle service is great.

Apart from the airport shuttle, nothing is good. The staff were also not warm and friendly and the hotel was the most aloof staff I have ever stayed at near the airport. But the airport shuttle driver was very good.

It’s a wonderful stay for me and my husband. I felt welcomed through the people I met in the hotel: the shuttle bus drivers, receptionists at the front desk, housekeepers, waitresses. The shuttle bus to the OHare airport and/ or the CTA station is a big plus!!

Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but to be expected. Close to many options for food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Front office person has great honor on us. He did a warm welcome by playing some Bollywood songs.

Unfortunately I did not have breakfast, I didn’t meet the time frame. Although I’m sure it was suitable 😊

I booked three rooms; they only had two reserved. I was told I'd have to take it up with Expedia. It being midnight and we were getting up for a 7 am flight, we had to purchase the third room, for which we had documentation of already being reserved and paid for through Expedia, a second time and the price rose by $60. Additionally, it took 6 trips to the front desk and a zoom call with the manager to get a key card that worked.

The room was clean just the carpet wasn’t the best , and the sofa bed Mattress was super old Not comfortable at all !! No blankets or sgits for it !

Awesome staff and great service. The room was clean but was worn down. The AC made some weird noise intermittently. Breakfast was adequate. Overall a pleasant stay.
