Very tired property

The night time noise was insane. I had blood stains on my covers.

Pulling up to the hotel I knew immediately I made a mistake reserving a room there. First off, the huge potholes, and grounds were unkept. Most of the hotel windows tint was worn off, (definitely need replacing,) very run down appearance. I travel alone therefore my instincts told me to cancel, which I did while sitting in the parking lot @ 4:30. I spoke to a young man @ the desk who was understanding and told me Expedia would have to refund my money because I booked through them, (you.) I’m being told the hotel won’t refund. Highly disappointed. The place looks shady. I canceled only an hour after check in time, it’s highly unlikely they have a call list waiting to get in. Disgusted.

Limited dining

During my recent stay booked via Expedia, I was charged a $50 refundable deposit at check-in — a charge that was not disclosed on the Expedia listing. At check-in, the staff assured me that the deposit would be refunded at check-out, but upon departure, I was informed that the refund would take up to 10 days, which was not communicated earlier. This lack of transparency and inconsistent information is disappointing and misleading. I kindly request that Expedia ensure such charges are clearly disclosed during booking, and I would appreciate confirmation that my refund is being processed.

Overall it was fine. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Front desk service was not all that great and the breakfast was cold and things were empty even though there was still 30 min left until the end. And apparently they charge you to park your car in their lot. Not like you really have a choice.

This property definitely needs face lift. Probably will be looking elsewhere next trip

Check in was easy, no issues. There was nothing that stood out as bad or good. Room met our needs for the evening. Hotel could use some upgrading, bed comfort was below expectation. Thank you for a quick, quiet stay. We are planning to return to the area in October, however will more than likely be choosing a different hotel.

Decent place to stay, but the property has seen better days.ost of the furniture in the rooms and common areas are very worn, spots in the rugs, lots of scrapes dents and scratches on the walls. It could really use a top to bottom renovation l.

I arrived late, nearly 11pm. The clerk was pleasant and attentive. He issued me my room and gave me keycards. I opened the room door to find the bed unmade and two cups of soda on a desk with ice still in them. I immediately backed out of the room and went to the front desk. He apologized and tried to give me a room with two beds. He had to phone a manager as this was an "upgrade" and he could not override the system. After a few moments he gave me new keys to an empty room. The only issue I had after that was the next day I could not get back into my room. The key card was not programed. After another trip to the desk, new keys were issued and I was able to come and go as needed.

Room smelled like smoke and so dirty

Excellent location and price was great.

I arrived at 3pm to check in and was informed they were short staffed so the room was not ready and have to come back in an hour. When i finally checked in around 5 pm.the bed was made but the pillow cases were not on the pillows. I had to put them on my self. I needed a sofa bed so I booked a suite and when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was broken, dirty, stained with multiple red spots and gross looking and almost made me nauseous. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. You are better off spending a little more and staying at other clean hotels. Places where they actually care about the wellbeing of the paying customers.

Check in went well. There was black mold in the bathroom. They didn’t have another room and they couldn’t refund any money, so we left. I’ll follow up with the Manager.
