Near the finish line of Boston Marathon, if you looking for a hotel which near the finish line and with affordable price, highly recommend! Their staff are very nice and helpful too!

All employees were quite helpful and nice. location is wonderful.

Right in the heart of shopping and dining. 20 minute walk to Fenway.

Great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Room was small but comfortable.

For an old property- well maintained

Room was small but bed was very comfortable

My flight was cancelled due to severe weather, and I tried multiple times to contact the hotel to update them. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone, and there was no option to leave a voicemail. When my travel agent reached someone at around 11am, they were told that the hotel’s policy does not allow cancellations—even for weather-related disruptions beyond a guest’s control. Despite the situation, the hotel marked my reservation as a “no-show” and charged me a rate higher than the original package price.

Great place to stay!

Staff was wonderful and so helpful. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Only "complaint" is lack of counter space in bathroom. But there were two shelves below the sink that made it workable. It was especially helpful that they held my bags for me after checkout so that I could enjoy the day without dragging them around the city. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

Way too many unexpected fees, no coffee maker in the room, phone, or microwave.
