wonderful place to stay-expensive place for cocktail/snacks at the Bistro!

It is a very clean hotel. Very spacious and the lobby is great to play games or bring in meals. Staff is friendly and the location plus price was perfect for our family.

Quick quiet stay. Clean and statf was nice.

Didn’t like that we had to pay extra for parking and the pool wasn’t very good.

Room was average and generally needs an update this included the bath/shower area that had a faded discoloured tub.

Nice location to the downtown restaurant’s and shops. Lobby receptionist was super nice and we had a quick check in and out.

First time staying at a Marriott and everything was great from check in to check out. It was a busy weekend and still received excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfy.

There's loud noise and screaming in the room next to me and I called the front desk to report it but no receptionist answered the phone. Not cool. I hope it doesn't happen all night or I'll go sleep in the lobby.

Absurd $30 a night for parking

We arrived, just as tornado sirens were blairing, a majority of staff and guests were outside watching this storm. The system was down, but the check in girl had printed out a list prior to storm (smart girl). She had to write my credit card number down on paper, and the manager, was very helpful, walked us to our room to open it for us and later the desk girl brought us our keys. Im a bit concerned about my credit card number on her paper.

Very clean. Great amenities offered. Reasonable price and close to all downtown events.

Location a little further from dis town but walkable. Lack of nearby bars.

Pull out couch mattress was horrible and king bed was ok. Beds are not comfy for a Marriott property. Not as nice as I temember from our ladt stay here.

Courtyard Marriott on Senate Ave was a decent facility BUT there's always room for improvement. These are the areas that need updates/repairs: 1. The mini fridge in my room didn’t not get cold at all. Lights activate when the door was opened but no chill at all. 2. The TVs need to be updated to Smart TVs. 3. The parking lot charges are extreme; parking lot isn't even in good condition - it needs to be repaved.

I only stayed for one night and it was ok. The room was adequate for my needs but seemed a bit pricey for the quality of room and there was no mention of extra cost for parking. I had several random people knock on my door through the night so that was annoying. There was road noise from the street outside my room.
