There's loud noise and screaming in the room next to me and I called the front desk to report it but no receptionist answered the phone. Not cool. I hope it doesn't happen all night or I'll go sleep in the lobby.

We arrived, just as tornado sirens were blairing, a majority of staff and guests were outside watching this storm. The system was down, but the check in girl had printed out a list prior to storm (smart girl). She had to write my credit card number down on paper, and the manager, was very helpful, walked us to our room to open it for us and later the desk girl brought us our keys. Im a bit concerned about my credit card number on her paper.

Courtyard Marriott on Senate Ave was a decent facility BUT there's always room for improvement.
These are the areas that need updates/repairs:
1. The mini fridge in my room didn’t not get cold at all. Lights activate when the door was opened but no chill at all.
2. The TVs need to be updated to Smart TVs.
3. The parking lot charges are extreme; parking lot isn't even in good condition - it needs to be repaved.

I only stayed for one night and it was ok. The room was adequate for my needs but seemed a bit pricey for the quality of room and there was no mention of extra cost for parking. I had several random people knock on my door through the night so that was annoying. There was road noise from the street outside my room.

I only stayed for one night and it was ok. The room was adequate for my needs but seemed a bit pricey for the quality of room and there was no mention of extra cost for parking. I had several random people knock on my door through the night so that was annoying. There was road noise from the street outside my room.
