Very convenient to metro and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very nice. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Despite being a holiday weekend, I thought the price for the room was reasonable. I booked at this hotel 2 days prior to coming to DC because my original hotel ended up being sketchy.
The area around the hotel is as expected for an inner city. Just be aware of your surroundings, don't linger too long outside late at night, but if you do, just make sure you are not alone. Other than that, it's a fun and vibrant city.
Upon arrival, the concierge was very nice and the check in process was smooth. However, just know that the damage deposit for more than 2 nights stay, is $250. I did not know this information before arriving. Also, they charged my card 2 days before arrival, even though I chose the "pay at hotel" option, so also be aware of that prior to booking.
If I visit DC in the future, I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious. It was nice to be able to store our luggage before we checked in. The room AC was not working very well (would consistently go out and have to be rebooted) and the shower knob was really wacky (loose, not consistent.) Overall, I would stay again, however.
