Very convenient to metro and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great place and customer service. The $60 parking fee is the highest I've ever seen and lowered my rating.

チェックイン時間より3時間くらい前に到着しましたが、お部屋の準備が出来ていたのですぐに利用できました。メトロ駅から50mくらい、立地は最高です。シャワーの水量がもう少し多ければ文句無しです。

The he staff are great!

The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious. It was nice to be able to store our luggage before we checked in. The room AC was not working very well (would consistently go out and have to be rebooted) and the shower knob was really wacky (loose, not consistent.) Overall, I would stay again, however.

This hotel is very nice. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Despite being a holiday weekend, I thought the price for the room was reasonable. I booked at this hotel 2 days prior to coming to DC because my original hotel ended up being sketchy. The area around the hotel is as expected for an inner city. Just be aware of your surroundings, don't linger too long outside late at night, but if you do, just make sure you are not alone. Other than that, it's a fun and vibrant city. Upon arrival, the concierge was very nice and the check in process was smooth. However, just know that the damage deposit for more than 2 nights stay, is $250. I did not know this information before arriving. Also, they charged my card 2 days before arrival, even though I chose the "pay at hotel" option, so also be aware of that prior to booking. If I visit DC in the future, I would stay at this hotel again.

Decent hotel near subway station.

I like being within walking distance of good food and the metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not care for the cashless feature.

Albergo molto comodo e pulito ma sopratutto posizionato in modo estremamente strategico a 20 metri dalla metropolitane che collega tra l'altro l'albergo direttamente all'aeroporto oltre che al resto della città.

It was a smooth check in. The hotel is super close to the DC Metro which makes it super convenient as well. Along with that, if you're there for a long stay a couple of grocery stores and good food options are also nearby. Its an all round bonus. Apart from that the hotel/stay itself was pretty comfortable. The rooms are relaxing with the extra couch that is a good addition compared to sinlge chair option that many hotels in that price bracket have.
