员工服务好

The front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very favorable. Although the travel fee is not reasonable, the price is reasonable in general. However, the cleanliness is not good. The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

The room is very clean. Maybe we arrived on the weekday, so we didn't wait long time to check in.

Disappointing and Unwelcoming Stay We were very disappointed with our experience at the Downtown Grand Hotel. The overall environment felt hostile and uninviting from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were particularly rude and unhelpful, lacking the basic courtesy you’d expect at any hotel. Honesty and hospitality seemed to be missing entirely. To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. This added to the inconvenience and frustration of our stay. It’s unfortunate, because we were really looking forward to enjoying our time here, but instead we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay in Vegas.

Great property to stay at. Did not like the view from the room and parking was an issue for me. I kept having issues with my parking pass and had to keep getting it reissued and calling for help when leaving the garage. Otherwise, staff was great!

The room was clean, well maintained, and odor free. Loved the close proximity to Fremont Street!

Love that we were at walking distance of the Fremont experience. The staff where very helpful friendly.

We had a great check in customer service is great and everyone was so helpful and nice! Out room was clean and looked just like the photos. We stayed on the casino tower it faces the strip there was a loud noise coming from the ac system that went on every 6-8 mins that as the only downside of our stay but all the good out weighed the one bad thing.The pool was great don’t have to bring towels they provide it all! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
