Disappointing and Unwelcoming Stay
We were very disappointed with our experience at the Downtown Grand Hotel. The overall environment felt hostile and uninviting from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were particularly rude and unhelpful, lacking the basic courtesy you’d expect at any hotel. Honesty and hospitality seemed to be missing entirely.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. This added to the inconvenience and frustration of our stay. It’s unfortunate, because we were really looking forward to enjoying our time here, but instead we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay in Vegas.

Great property to stay at. Did not like the view from the room and parking was an issue for me. I kept having issues with my parking pass and had to keep getting it reissued and calling for help when leaving the garage. Otherwise, staff was great!

We had a great check in customer service is great and everyone was so helpful and nice! Out room was clean and looked just like the photos. We stayed on the casino tower it faces the strip there was a loud noise coming from the ac system that went on every 6-8 mins that as the only downside of our stay but all the good out weighed the one bad thing.The pool was great don’t have to bring towels they provide it all! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

We stopped at Downtown Grand Las Vegas for one night on our way to Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very spacious, spotless, and modern, exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made check-in and our overall stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying in Vegas!

Stay was great property was clean and they have great deals. My only complaint is they didn’t honor the drink credit the lady that checked me in told me I had. She said I had $100 but they only honored $50 at the time of check out. Maybe a miscommunication or something other than that I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

First room I was in had bed bugs.. the front desk wouldn’t answer my phone calls. The manager was rude (a woman) she finally put me in the “”newer tower)… it was not worth it. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

We stopped at Downtown Grand Las Vegas for one night on our way to Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very spacious, spotless, and modern, exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made check-in and our overall stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying in Vegas!

Stay was great property was clean and they have great deals. My only complaint is they didn’t honor the drink credit the lady that checked me in told me I had. She said I had $100 but they only honored $50 at the time of check out. Maybe a miscommunication or something other than that I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

First room I was in had bed bugs.. the front desk wouldn’t answer my phone calls. The manager was rude (a woman) she finally put me in the “”newer tower)… it was not worth it. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
