Housekeeping is only done on every other day, however no garbage bags are refilled after housekeeping during my stay. Besides, during my 3-night stay, only one bottle of water is provided for each person, bottle water was not resupplied after housekeeping.
Having said that, the room was clean, city view was good and the beds were comfortable.

Although the hotel itself was clean, it needs to be redone throughout. The breakfast buffet was terrible and we hated the area and location. We would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing front desk, i wish i remembered the gentlemans name who assisted me but he did an amazing job especially with juggling others needs at the same time! The right elevator might be the only complaint as it was tricky and took some time.
